I used to go to this dr. over 9 years. She is very robotic and uncaring. You are just a number in the system and not worth her time. You will wait over an hour to be seen. There was an initial waiting room, then another waiting room, and you wait again in the exam room. They kept taking so much blood for tests. The baby needs all the blood to be fully grown. If they didnt keep taking so much blood from me, maybe I wouldnt have developed anemia(duh) and my child would have not had jaundice. Then to make up for the blood loss she prescribe giant iron pills that made me sick. On one prenatal visit she did an exam poke which caused me to bleed. Very unquestionable and unnatural. Then finally, the delivery date came and it was the worst nightmare of my life. Not only was my request for no pitocin and an epiosiotomy on my birth plan ignored, she went on to suction my sons head with a vacuum because he did not come out in time for her to go home. After he was delivered, they whisked him away before I could even breastfeed him and did not return him till FOUR hours later. He came back to me with his face all scratched up and a self defeated silence that happens with nonstop crying and no relief or comfort probably thinking I died. The doctor was no where to be found. They transferred me to two different doctors while I was there for two days. Its been 9 years and I still have a deep distrust with the medical industry because of this whole traumatic experience. I am able to forgive you now, Dr. Dominique, as I realize you were/are probably possessed by money hungry demons. And I hope God saves your soul.

Dr. Colette was very unprofessional and rude. First I waited over 40 minutes at the exam room. And when the doctor finally came she did not listen to my concerns and kept interrupting me and said my problem was normal that there was nothing wrong with me .Also, the exam she did hurt so bad. When I told her it hurt she showed no compassion at all. It should not have hurt. She did not even give me the instructions or anything before going home; I had to ask the nurse so what now. So they gave me a paper and the doctor ordered various blood tests one of them was the hemoglobin A1C that I dont see how diabetes relates to my gynecology problem. Ive never been a diabetic and I was just tested for diabetes on a physical exam I had done 2 weeks ago. Bottom line DO NOT GO THERE I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS unprofessional Doctor. Not only that now they are billing the OBGYN exam as a physical Are they trying to rip me off or something? And I have to call back and forth the insurance and this unprofessional office. It is very time consuming something I should not have to be doing. The claim should have been done the first time.

I have been going to Dr. Dominique since 2004 and I been so comfortable to visit her each time, that I have two daughters whom Ive sent to see Dr. Dominique also since they have been teenagers till now they are grown womens themselves and they have children whom was deliver by Dr. Dominique. I have sent my daughters in law and sister in law to her and each time they felt please to have been introduce to her. I have recommended alot of womens to Dr. Colette Dominique and they all truly love her as their OB GYN doctors. I will continue to recommend everyone to her because of her realness she provide to you as a patient. It is an honor to have Dr. Colette Dominique in our community since 2004. Would not go to any one else unless she recommends you to other great Dr. for other reasons. From Shirl Byrd a women whom will continue to stretch the news to all womens in the DFW. {GET TO KNOW YOUR OB GYN they are a True Friend}

Pregnant mommy experience! I read the reviews before I visit Dr Dominique. Her ratings are outstanding, however my visits have been nothing of that magnitude. I have been to the Drs office 6 times and saw Dr Dominique twice. How can I trust someone delivering my child and I never see them. The communication level is VERY non existent. It is always packed in the front waiting area and the sono waiting area. My last visit was at 10:20am and I didnt leave until 1pm. I cant rate Dr Dominique personally because our visits are lack of, but the 2 visits I did have shes very short on the communication. However the staff members are very pleasant. Please just see for yourself!

I LOVE this Dr. After many years of searching for a dr that truly listened & took me serious when i discussed issues or fertility as an aging woman, it was a pleasant surprise to find Dr. Dominique. She not only listened to what i had to say, but took what i said and had testing done and a plan created. She truly values her patients and it shows in her thorough care. Her staff is also very helpful, pleasant, nice,and responsive. The nurses, techs, and front office staff...all of them. They dont treat you like "cattle" being herded thru the office so they can collect a paycheck. Overall wonderful experience! I found my DR! :)

I would have given negative stars if i could. i could not see the doctor until my third visit. i had an appointment of 10 a.m. finally could see her at 11:45. she is not a professional doctor as before coming in she did not even bother to go through my history. she did not discuss my blood work result as there was some issues and was not even aware what medicines i am on and how to even take that medicine, seriously. then she wanted me to switch the medicines which is not safe for baby. If patients & their upcoming babies are not important for her why to waste the time !!

I really liked Dr. Dominique after my first appointment with her, very easy to talk to and she gave me lots of information about different options and which would be best for me. Something that she doesnt really have any control over is the scheduling in the office, which is not very good. Arriving early for an appointment to do paperwork and still waiting another hour and a half to even be in an exam room is poor management by their office staff. I will be going back to see Dr. Dominique, but I will make sure to never schedule anything after those appointments.

So far so good! The wait can be a bit long but when I had a possible issue w my cervix, she did not hesitate to take it very seriously and send me to a specialit to double check everything. I appreciated her reaction. The visits are short and sweet! I never really have too many concerns so I like that she is quick and to the point. The whole staff as well is very friendly and welcoming. This is my first baby and Ive really felt comfortable with this Dr. and this office as a whole! I would recommend.

This doctor is very unprofessional. It takes more than 2 hours everytime you visit her office. Happened to us everytime we visited. For an appointment at 10:15 its impossible to leave before 12:30. Please choose another doctor and spare yourself the agony. My wife was crying because she was in pain and yet there was no sign of the doctor. The staff kept ignoring us and kept saying that the doctor will visit you next. All this even when we took and appointment in advance.
