Been going here for 10 years, for the sake of a convenient location, although I knew all along how ridiculously over priced they are. In the 10 years of going here, not a single note-worthy vet relationship was formed. The straw that broke the camels back was the fact that after one of my dogs that has actually been going to Parkside for 6 years, was in need of medical attention but it turned out my dogs medical needs didnt fit with Parksides schedule. After calling 10 minutes before closing time and explaining our situation, we were turned away in an instant. It was clear in that moment that the vets at Parkside put themselves before their patient. Thankfully, I called North Richland Hills Family Animal Clinic and they displayed a multitude of compassion that Parkside had lacked, and they were more than willing to allow me to bring my dog in when she was in pain. After my ongoing unpleasant experiences, I have had enough. I definitely do not recommend Parkside to anybody that doesnt want to pay 3x as much as you would somewhere else for essentially 3x less the dependability.

Caring Doctors and Staff - We have been blessed with many dogs and cats in our family and the last 5 have been cared for by these amazing people. Our animals are not simply pets that are taken to "shot-n-gos" to get in and out as cheap as possible - they are members of our family and our commitment to them is the same as our human family - quality, caring and responsible medical treatment. Unfortunately a couple of them have had serious medical issues. The staff at Parkside patiently went over all of the options and costs associated with each option and helped us pick out the best course with more compassion than many human doctors we have encountered. I am sure there are fly by night cheaper vets around cutting corners and providing substandard care but our family deserves the best - PARKSIDE. Not once have I felt taken advantage of we love all of those who care for are family there!!!

I am new to Keller and did a lot of searching for a veterinarian for my dogs. I was referred to Parkside by a long time client and I was VERY impressed. The staff was amazing, caring and took the time to answer all of my questions. From the moment I walked in the door I was greeted with a smile and have never had such a wonderful experience.

Took my cat there and they told me he had a severe UTI. They did not tell me there were crystals in his urine and that I should probably put him on a diet to get rid of possible stones. In 4 weeks he was blocked and had not sympathy if they told me about the diet that it could have been avoided. A simple catheter and saline process cost 1K$!

I have been using this clinic now for almost 9 years and find that they are very caring, very sharp and courteous to the client. They always greet you when you arrive and immediately check you in. The doctors are extremely friendly and consult with the clients for the best treatment of their pets. I would highly recommend them!

Parkside has been so wonderful for my dog. She was having lots of back pain and my previous vet said the only option was surgery. We went to Parkside for a 2nd opinion, and she is 100% back to herself after quick and easy laser treatments. They are so helpful and kind there, and truly care about the health of my dog.

While the staff is very friendly, the wait time was always 30 minutes or more, even to just walk in and pick up a bag of food. The phone rings non stop, but there isnt a dedicated receptionist to handle appointments. I found another clinic I liked much better and do not frequent this one anymore.

Everyone at Parkside Animal Hospital is friendly and kind. You are greeted the second you walk in the door. The techs and doctors love on your pet like they are their own and they take the time to listen. I always receive a follow up call the next day which just shows they really care.

The staff at Parkside is always friendly and helpful. They are always smiling and making sure everyone is being taken care of. They treat the animals well and I feel very confident leaving my dogs with them. And their facility is always clean and makes me feel very comfortable!

Parkside Animal Hospital is GREAT! Wouldnt go anywhere else with my babies. They are compassionate, understanding and very knowledgeable. If you want quality care without high costs, this is the place for you and your pets. Everyone is so friendly and happy to be there.

Be warned. They will nickle and dime you to no end. I brought my three dogs for shots and heartworm medicine. The bill was $1000. I thought they were kidding when they told me the total. You can get good care for your pets for a lot less than they charge.
