I called today, &as soon as one of the assistants answered the phone, she put me on hold for almost 7mins. Then she asked my name 4 times...I can tell she was distracted by someone or something, its irritating to repeat yourself several times. She asked only the basics it shouldnt have taken long, she had to check if my insurance was valid...so she put me on hold for another 7mins... just to tell me that its not valid....so basically I was on the phone waiting for 15mins to get an answer from someone who was really distracted. I ended up being on the phone for almost 20mins! Hopefully the time issue could be fixed, i wonder how long it takes to see the doctor

I tried three times to make an appointment. The first time they would call me back and they never did. The second time I called and the answering service answered three times each time saying that they would open in about 5-10 minutes. Still 45 minutes and they still were not answering. The third time I got through (yay!).They placed me immediately on hold. I waited 20 minutes. I hung up. Too bad. Seeking elsewhere. Its not worth the frustration.

I can honestly say that it was not a good experience! To long of a wait and it was asked that I come to see the doctor, not to mention that I first went to an emergency clinic where I received better care then in the office. Waited over 3hrs until the office was closed, horrible I could have waited to see the doctor on another day.

Although Dr. Mercados medical attention is great, customer service lags. Youll be on hold on the telephone for 5+mins, call back, and be placed on hold again for a ridiculous amount of time.

Sorry, but Im changing Drs., 40 minutes before closing and Ive called several times, still no one answered. Lousy customer service, Dr Mercado is good, but her people suck!
