I waited for over an hour as the secretary was sure to inform everyone calling about their new 35.00 cancelation policy. I waited in the lobby 30 minutes, was brought in, had my vitals taken, waited another 20 minutes and then moved to another room. I asked the nurse how long it was going to be because I had another appointment to go to. Waited another 20 minutes and finally had enough. I walked out and asked for my money back. As I was waiting I overhead the secretary informing someone else of their newly increased 35.00 cancelation policy. So I asked the guy if theyre going to give me my money back along with a 35.00 wasting my time fee. Of course that doesnt work both ways. Its easy to see that the office is now booking more appointments than they can handle to increase revenue. It didnt used to be that way and its sad its going that route. I left my last Dr for the same reason and will be finding a new one after this. There is a certain amount of Leigh way one is expected to give when setting an appointment, but more than an hour? Thats bad business.

My whole family has seen Dr. Nieto since 2011 and she is by far the best pcp I have ever had. I have had doctors rush me and treat me like just another number or like crap. I have become very picky with my doctors because of my health issues and I trust her 100%. She never rushes me and she truly cares about my health. I feel I can talk to her about anything and she will listen. I even trust her with other areas outside of her field. I get her opinion on everything my other specialist tell me. She is very attentive, kind and very knowledgeable. Her new staff is friendly and sweet. Betty, her nurse has been there since Ive been going there and she is just as awesome. I have referred several friends to her and they are happy with her as well. I told her she better never retire.

Dr Nieto herself is great but her new Office staff I dont care for. Billing me 7 months later for supposedly discussing another issue at a wellness check is beyond me. 7 months later? Really?? Im sure it was an excuse to bill my ins yet again. Then when I called the office manager she was rude and didnt care. Maybe she doesnt care but Im sure Dr Nieto cares when she starts losing patients. Im glad I have a choice and I can find another Dr. Too bad cause Dr Nieto is great. But Im sure the office staff doesnt care that Im saying all this cause apparently I was just a number to them.

I went for an initial meeting and to get a physical and received a bill of $103. When I asked why they said I went in for a weight loss consultation and that insurance wasnt covering that. I did not ask about weight loss nor did I receive any advice, plans, or anything about weight loss from the doctor. When I called the doctors office they referred me to the billing department that is unreachable and has a voice mailbox that is full. I will not be going back to this doctor ever again and I suggest if you dont want an unexpected bill like this that you dont go as well.

So rude!!! I called to make an appointment, and the receptionist picked up the phone with the WORST attitude ever. She seem irritated that I was inturruting.
