I know this place has five stars but I will say Ive had nothing but problems with them and I think it should be known. I live in Boerne and Im currently seeing a Dr for my thyroid issue in San Antonio. I wanted to stay in town and looked up a physican in Boerne, I called Boerne Family Medicine and told them I wanted to get my records transferred over and asked what I needed to do. I was told at first its not a problem I can contact the other facility and have it sent over. After doing just that I called two more times to check to see if my records got there every time I called all they said was no they never mentioned that since an account wasnt created if any info was sent it just gets thrown away. Not until I called for the third time a lady very rudely told me that since I didnt have an account the forms were probably thrown away. I told her that why didnt someone memsion that the other times I called I express my anger for her to sarcastically tell me ok she hears me. Today I called today for the fifth time to check status and they very rudely said the records werent there and didnt offer any way to help me retrieve them. At this point Im now going to a different facility all due to bad customer service no one was willing to help or hear my frustrations very disappointing I would never refer this place to anyone. I work in dental so I know how no matter how great the Dr is if the employees are rotten then you have a problem.

By far, Boerne Family Medicine provides the most comprehensive medical care I have ever experienced (40 years + experience). Every patients medical history, genetic makeup, and current conditions are unique. Dr. Stahls diagnostic skills are exemplary. If specialized medical care is required, his knowledge of specialists, who provide the same high standards of individualized care, is invaluable. His strategies for follow up care are diligent and reduce the likelihood of post treatment recurrence or complications. The practices Patient Portal is easy to use and provides email access to the practice to ask questions, request refills, and view all of your test results. Every member of his team is trained to help answer questions and provide important support that can save time and reduce the frustrations you commonly experience at other practices. Are they perfect? No, but on the very rare occasion a delay or miscommunication has occurred, they are quick to admit the error and resolve the problem. There are many reasons why my family and I have chosen Boerne as our "home", the excellent care and support Boerne Family Medicine provides reinforces that feeling of being among family and friends.

My family is moving soon and I hope we find a new doctor as good as Dr. Ben Stahl. Being his patient has been the best experience and doctor/patient relationship Ive ever had. He is very thorough and shows an in-depth knowledge of issues and treatment. Ive seen a couple of subspecialists while in Dr. Stahls care. Each has complimented Dr. Stahl as his initial treatments always covered steps the specialist would have done. This meant I could jump right to advanced treatment with the specialist on the first visit. Dr. Stahl has raised the bar for my expectation of Family Medicine. Thanks Dr. Stahl!

We just moved here to Boerne and needed a new doctor. I have switched three primary cars in the last year for not being in tone to my needs. Dr. Stahl was so nice and listen to me. He ran all the test I asked for and worked to help manage my thyroid. The staff is also so nice! If I have a question or concern they are always friendly and genuine with their help.

Was seen by Michael Eaton for an injury to my leg. He actually LISTENED to me. I felt like as a patient, he really cared for my well-being. I did not have to sit for an hour or more to be seen like most doctors offices. Highly recommend going to Boerne Family Medicine for your health.
