Fairfield Family Practice has poor customer service. They incorrectly billed my preventive care appointment as a diagnostic service. I confirmed before going there that my physical would be completely covered by my insurance with them. They said it would and I had blood work performed. I then got a bill for several hundred dollars. When I asked them why they said it was covered when it wasnt- they said they didnt know. I faxed them my invoice to investigate. One month later I got a call back from them (the same day I received an over due notice for my bill) saying that I owed the several hundred dollars. I had to call my insurance to check up why. After several hours they said it was because it was incorrectly coded as diagnostic. I called Labcorp and they confirmed that Fairfield Family Practice coded it wrong. Despite the fact that they said it would be free they made zero attempt to try and resolve THEIR MISTAKE and thought I should just pay the bill. After several hours of spending my own time I fixed THEIR MISTAKE or else I would have been out several hundreds of dollars. They dont care, but if you value your time and money DONT go to Fairfield Family Practice!

I would like to give this a 5 stars if this specific staff didnt put me on hold for 20 mins and forgot about me when I called. The same lady filed the claim to my insurance company with wrong account # and told me I wasnt in the system. She insisted me to call the ins company to give them the claim number. After I kept telling her to call the number in the back of the card she said "You dont tell me what to do. We call your insurance company out of courtesy but we dont have to. If you dont call them you will just pay us $135." So I told her "you dont talk to me like this" and hung up. Later I talked to my insurance company and they verified that she filed the claim form with wrong account number. Everyone has bad days but being rude is not acceptable. I have been going to Dr. Dinh in the last 6 years or so and he has been a kind and great doctor. I had no bad experiences with other staff but this one hasnt been pleasant.

Worst place ever! All staff members seem to be bothered that they have to do " their job". I am a new patient, have only been there once but have had to deal with the staff more than once over the phone and I have decided to switch Dr already. Its a shame that you receive poor customer service from a Dr office.

Looking for a GP. Just moved back to my home in Houston. Cant take the chance with this kind of nonsense too common in front office medical practices. And where are current reviews? Again, my health is too important to take chances here. Keep looking. Reviews work!!
