Father careflighted in from rural area. I have been a patient myself at Cleveland Heart Hospital none of staff there showed the level of caring and consistent expertise this hospital did. Had children flown in to university hospitals in orher states, none had the excellent level of coordination between flight staff, ER, OR, specialists from various locations including cardiologist, cardiac surgeon, nephrologist, anesthesiologist, and CCCU staff that this hospital did, have had grandchildren hospitalized in some of countries best hospitals, none matched the level of excellence in equipment and employee training in use of the equipment to ensure best outcomes for patient and outstanding consistent infection prevention controls, i myself have been a patient at John Hopkins Hospital for what is considered world class expertise, my Dads team were totally on top of latest techniques approaches and knowledge of risks to assist patient and family in crucial decision making. I have never been at a hospital where everything impressed me to this extent! Best of the Best world class right here in Lubbock Tx! Thank you Dr Brogan, Dr Hirsch, Dr Simfukwe, careflight team, CCCU staff and Cardiac OR team God Bless each and every one.

My mother was treated very poorly. after she confirmed this appt. both with the Dr office and did her pre-admin and was told every time she was on the phone with someone be there at 5 am. We are the first ones there at 4:45 am, before even the nurses and admin people are there, then she is not on the list and she will have to wait until everyone else is done. She can not eat or drink anything. She did what she was supposed to do getting up at 3 in the morning, only to be told sorry you will have too wait 2 or 3 hours after everyone else because they were scheduled. Total crap. So they get a sorry rating.

My mom was here as an emergency GI Bleed, I would hate to depend on this facility to save my life, the ER physician and staff were inattentive to her severe low blood pressure and blood loss for hours, this was the most pathetic care I have ever witnessed, later in CCU and the floor, the care was quite poor. The staff was just going thru the motions, no one ever seemed to genuinely like their job or caring for patients. The room was never cleaned, had to ask for the linens to be changed, and to clean my mom. Wow! I could never recommend this facility for any reason, sad for this area.

Nurse Nancy McQueen was LOVELY. Kept me very calm as a patient and gave me some good advice. I would also talk about my Dr, but he never told me his name. Which says a lot. But the care I received from my nurse was enough to make up for that. If I had emergency again, I would definitely go back.

My husband had his knee replaced in May 2017. We were very impressed with the cleanliness and organization of LHH. Dr. Scioli is an awesome orthopedic surgeon. All the nurses were very attentive. Eric was especially amazing! The PTs were also great. We highly recommend LHH.

Dr. Solis takes great care of my family. I really appreciate this facility. Plenty of parking and open space eliminate the unnecessary stress found at other hospitals. World class doctors + Lubbock hospitality = winning combination.

DO NOT GO HERE AS THEY ARE A DIRTY HOSPITAL. OUR LOVED ONE WENT IN FOR A SIMPLE PROCEDURE AND CAME OUT WITH HOSPITAL PNEUMONIA AND SEPSIS WHICH THEY EVENTUALLY DIED FROM.
