Very happy with our care here. Everyone was extremely professional & understand to worries & my childs health. Everyone from the intake person(forgot her name) to the lab nurse Sarah, radiologist Samuel, registered nurse Becky, & E.R. Doctor Solan, worked swiftly to care for my child. I would definitely be back when needed & highly recommend this hospital.

I wouldnt even rate a 1 if I didnt have too. I got in a 4 wheeler accident and waited 2 hours before I walked out and went to a different hospital. Waiting for them to finish chit chatting before being acknowledge so I can ask where the bathroom was. A cop assisted me w the door, not a nurse.

This place is dirty and staff were unprofessional. Long wait while listening to the staff and Doctors mindless conversations. I was left in a room for an hour with one chair with my sick toddler when there were many available beds. Next time Im driving to San Antonio.

This place is horrible me and my son have been sitting here going on an hour and a half and he needs stitches and still has not been seen by the doctor. If you have an emergency go to san antonio.
