Dr. Tompkins was a very knowledgeable and thorough doctor who was able to help me with my dry eye problem when others could not. I highly recommend her if you have a dry eye problem. I found the office staff responsible for follow up to be lacking, however. I was supposed to receive a prescription for contacts and even after calling for the last four days still have not received my prescription.
