BE HEAVILY WARNED: This place is extremely awful!!! This Optometry business NEEDS to be SHUTDOWN!! For the first timers coming here be warned, these people are extremely rude!! Primarily its their SERVICE that is poor and lacking. They red flagged me as a trouble maker, just because I spoke up about an error over something so simplistic and called my insurance about it. They have terrible service, have the most childish ugliest attitudes Ive ever seen. Keep in mind these are Adults. The old lady Receptionist on the computer is very rude, held a grudge with me just because she got put in her place by my insurance case worker. THE PROBLEM IS NOT TO DO with my Insurance. Its the attitude, behavior and disrespect. I never felt so repulsed after leaving such a building. I was disrespected, even for just calling in my own insurance to clear things up? Since when is that a crime or should it be punished? From my personal experience here and what I went through from this horrific day I was there. I felt sickened. Doctor Bieker and the Nurse were the rudest. In the office they gave me the hardest time and rubbed it in my face. The Nurse about standing up for myself over my insurance error claim and supposedly giving them a hard time, when it was the other way around. And Bieker didnt take my side as him being a doctor and me being a patient; could careless. when she called me out as a "troublemaker". As a matter of fact, Bieker """JOKINGLY""" (I cannot believe he did this..still VERY Unprofessional and insensitive) stated he could careless if I have a seizure, because I suffer from epilepsy and they wanted to do a lighting eye screening exam. But the lights are too fast and bright I could go in a convulsing episode. I said NO. Because I had a gran maul just the past month ago. He changed his tone quickly. Then he changed his mind instantly and said he DID care, as he felt like a jerk from me telling him that. Sheesh. Yeah right man. I was so angry. Which is why Im writing this review for everyone whos thinking of trying these "Professionals". Do yourself a favor. Please take my word for it. MOVE ON to another Eye Doctor. and/or Optometrist. Trust me, theres way better out there! these people are NOT worth your money, your time, business or insurance billing.

Dont be filled by the guy giving bad reviews, this place has the comfort of a home away from home. Dr beiker has been my eye guy for over 5 years, I trust him, he does great work and Ive been to other places and theres more reasons than I care to admit but hes a hell of a Dr. Dont sell yourself short on going to some other quack, this guy is the real deal and I would go with him over anyone Tbh. 5 stars no question.

Been going there for a couple of years now, just eye exams and one irritation visit. Prices seem very reasonable and the girls are very nice. In and out of there quickly which is the way I like it. In two years only one time there was a scheduling error on their part but it was an honest mistake since I had been there a lot in a short period of time.

Dr. Bieker is the best optometrist I have ever been to! He was thorough and explained everything. After finding what was wrong with my eye he was kind enough to show it to my S.O. and explained why I was having my problem. Definitely recommend going to see him!

He has been my eye doctor for over 40 years.. been seeing him since I was about 7 years old. He cares about his patients and has saved my eyesight by referring me to the specialists I needed. Office staff is great.
