We had to bring our 17 year old cat here to be put down. The staff showed us nothing but kindness, respect and week later we received an unexpected sympathy card from your facility. Thank you so much for everything. You truly do care about your animals and their families. compassion and I cant thank them enough for that. I wish I knew the doctors name that assisted us with our cat but he was very patient and explained to us what to expect during the euthanasia procedure, thankfully our cat went peacefully. The staff held our babys body overnight until we came back the next morning to pick him up for cremation. A week later we received an unexpected sympathy card from your facility. Thank you so much. You really do care about your animals and their families.

Before i tell you about my experience, i want to say that my dogs are very picky with their Vets and groomers. This close to 5-star Veterinary Hospital lived up to its standards. We had an appointment at 3pm, but we got there a bit late and we were still seen on time. It was our very first visit and it was very clean, and I loved that they had a section of food and vitamins for dogs. We were in and out very quickly and Dr. Guerra was kind but to the point. She didnt waste time to tell us what was wrong with our Theddy and we were out the door. We have found our Vet! Thank you for everything!

I have two dogs, a yorkie and a maltipoo. Each time I have taken them to Babcock North Vet it has been a very pleasant experience! I am very picky about who takes care of my dogs as Im sure many of you are, and I would recommend this vet time and time again! They have a few different doctors that work there and all of them I have encountered are awesome! The owner, did surgery on one of my babies and she did wonderful and took the time to make sure I understood exactly what she was doing! Great experience and very reasonable pricing!

Worst sevice. 3 oclock appointment (arrived early) turned into a 40 minute wait for the vet, a 10 minute consult and another 30 minute ans counting wait for them to print an estimate because they cant freaking email it? Seriously? And not one apology for a 40 minute wait after them setting the appointment time? No respect for customers time. Total time ,1hour 20 minutes and counting for a ten minute consult,still waiting on the hand written estimate...

Took my Sassy Bear there today because of an abscess on her chin. They were attentive and the Vet was friendly and beyond helpful. What impressed me the most though, were the prices. My bill came out much lower than I anticipated (included Meds.). Danny, at the front desk was very polite and caring. I go back in 2 weeks for a follow up. Im sure I will not be disappointed :)

This clinic is the best we have ever been to. We have seen Dr. Guerra for about 8 years. Her knowledge is fantastic and her compassion for the pets and their families is just outstanding. Weve been to a few vets in San Antonio and this place is by far the best. Great staff, along with a clean well kept facility make it a wonderful place for our pets. They also were very accomodating to our emergency situation which made it a great experience. We definitely found our forever vet!

They have the most amazing and compassionate staff ever. When my wife and I had to put our cat down, they were very considerate and respectful about the whole situation. We look forward to taking our next cat to them for health care because we know that well be in excellent hands

Unprofessional! I will never bring my puppy back here! Dont believe the reviews the staff didnt know what they were doing and the doctor didnt seem confident and told me things completely opposite of what my puppys primary vet said.

When my fiance and I got our first puppy together we took her here to get her vaccines and everything. They were so nice to our dog and to us. They taught us everything we need to know to take care of a puppy. Will always come here

My mothers dog decided to sneak some chocolate almonds while I was taking a nap, and when I turned around it was too late, I called then right before closing and they still saw him and treated him, thankfully it was a no big deal!
