Cottonwood is such a wonderful place. Its clean, friendly, and doesnt smell. They have spectacular customer service. I love their Pet Portal since it allows me to keep track of information on my pets. They send reminder postcards, emails, and birthday e-cards to me for my pets. I moved recently and that is definitely one of the places I miss the most. I havent found anyone that can compare!

I have always received great customer service, dont think Ive ever waited more than 5 or maybe 10 minutes. Vets are always happy to explain meds and procedures and to counsel on alternatives. PLUS they have been very supportive of Huskers Hope Dachshund Rescue, treating back injuries, extreme dental disease (one dental took 4 hours!), behavioral issues, you name it.

Weve got 4 Labradors and have transferred jobs a few times so weve run the gamut of finding quality Veterinary services at each new location. Everyone from Sasha at the front desk to the techs and the Dr.s themselves are professional, helpful and have a genuine care for our fur babies. Blessed to have found them!

Cottonwood is the best vet clinic in Kearney! I went to them on an emergency visit and the vet was amazing! The facility was so much nicer than my last vets office! Great customer service and vet care! I would recommend them to anyone who truly wants the best vet care!
