I love this vet. She has literally been there for me for everything w my baby dogs. I had to take Raider in once bc he got skunked and it sprayed his eye and she literally cleared out the entire office to bring us in. We still joke that it took a week for them to get the smell out. She took a tumor off of my Gizmo same day I took him in she did the surgery. And last weekend she took me in w Raider as something was really wrong. She gave him a shot to ease his pain and then Monday when he crashed we took him to her. Even though she didnt think he was going to make it (yes doc I could tell) she was still contacting a specialist for us. He past then. The whole staff was so kind to us as we were historical. She hugged me and patted my back. She is a great Vet. I have never trusted a vet like I do her. She also gives great prices. You dont get vet care for free so stop that. Im looking everywhere to give her comments. This is actually my first time giving reviews as I saw it necessary for my baby boy to do him justice and other establishments we had to deal w this weekend during emergency. Its wrong that her clinic is still associated w Becker bc of the address. She is not Becker. This is not associated w Becker. She actually CARES. LOVE you all at Brandos! All of the Techs and front desk people are amazing too!

This is for Dr becker not the new Brandos vet that is there now.I recently took the pet in for treatment for an injury. The treatment was sufficient but every time I called to check on the status it seemed they never knew which pet I was talking about. Also when we told him that we may not be able to afford more services for treatment he gave us this look as if we were just scum of the earth. Just another smart guy that doesnt have any people skills and can be condescending. This particular vet also has a very high volume of pets that come through the door but Dr. Becker does not have enough people working there to handle the business. I felt like I was calling a shady mechanic that always gives the run around. This isnt the first time I had a bad experience. We also took the pet in for basic services and we were charged for a treatment that was never authorized. In my opinion I think he needs morre funds for his new hospital. I cant imagine taking my pet to a new facility with that staff. If they cant keep track of pets in the small clinic I couldnt imagine the service in a huge clinic.

I took my 3 rottweiler puppies to Dr. Becker, who determined that they had parvo. I was told that if I left them there they would get the best treatment with IV fluids, plasma therapy, and was told by the tech that all dogs left there with parvo had lived($2000). Was told to call daily to check on them. Everytime I called I was given a different progress report apparently by people who didnt know what the heck was going on. I was told that one dog was doing very good and was not throwing up anymore. Two days later I called and was told to come in and talk to Dr. Becker. When I arrived he wasnt even there and wasnt even coming in that day. And my dog that was doing so well was DEAD! The tech said," that when he came in that morning the dog wasnt even on an IV". WHAT? This clinic is all in it for the money, so that they can pay for their new pet resort. Dr. Becker doesnt care about the pets, he is seeing $$$$$. I can imagine how my little baby boy died (a horrible death, all alone). Dont waste your money at this place because they dont care. My other 2 dogs are probably doomed too.

I HATE BRANDOS. I brought my pug here sometime last year, I know this is a late post but I had some trouble posting a review. But now that I have it all figured out I needed to make sure I came back to write a review because this establishment is absolutely horrible. I seriously hope they go out of business. When I brought my pug in, he had just gotten attached by a pit bull and had a puncture wound in his stomach and was bleeding heavily. The doctor did not even take him right away just say me down to explain the costs ... THE COSTS. She didnt even seem to care he was dying in my hands. She just looked at him sit there. OH and it was going to be $1500 for everything. Her over all attitude was repulsive. Why be in the animal caring field if you do NOT CARE. Anyways I suggest Lincoln Heights Animal Hospital, they took my Chico in as soon as he walked in no hesitation. They grabbed him and was like oh poor baby. And they even set up a payment plan and comforted me. It was only $500. I did two payments of $250. SO DO NOT GO TO BRANDOS.

I gave a rating of 0 (Zero) but had to put a Star or I cant post. I have been a customer for many years to Brandos Hospital for one of my dogs, and now have a new Pet.. This past Friday I had a horrible experience early morning by two of their STAFF members. They were very RUDE. I told the girl she was Rude, she argued back with me. I left the dog in early AM and was called back to pick up dog had watery stools. Couldnt neuter. I spoke to Vet physician, who sounded like she didnt care. You talk about not caring at all of her RUDENESS and OF HER STAFF. I took my dog to a 5 STAR Vet Hospital. Dog is healthy as a Horse and not ill. He got neutered. I will never go back to such non-caring place and people. Oh and that rude older man who kept starring at me, whomever he was, doesnt need to be there also. This dog was a RESCUED dog OFF THE STREETS. It was all about $$$ and their horrible staff with no manners. You lost a great customer. Dont call me ever to see how the dog was doing. You did me a favor.

This vet will scam you. I went with my pet thinking i would get answers as to why he was not eating and had become so lethargic. the vet asked bogus questions, felt my pet a little, took his temp then said she couldnt tell what was wrong. only test could determine. we said yes to her exams and turns out everything came out negative meaning there was nothing wrong. after me and the vet not knowing what was wrong, she then tried selling us medication to i guess fix the unknown problem. i asked several questions to try and make my pets life a bit easier when returning home and she answered very rudely, rarely looking at me. i dont recommend going here there is so many other vets who actually care about you and your pet, who will actually help you and not just try to sell you and lure you into doing unnecessary things just to charge you and take your money.
