I went In to have 3 cavities filled and all i got was embarrassment. I told the dentist assistant what I needed to have done but the assistant ignored me. I paid $85 for an x-ray of my tooth which is what I expected to pay but what bothered me was that the dental assistant and the dentist really tried to convince me to purchase a full x-ray of my mouth. They said it would benefit me if i were to come back and see them (never going to happen). The dental assistant was telling the dentist that i came in to have my wisdom teeth removed (not once did I mention my wisdom teeth). When the dentist asked me if i was in pain because of my wisdom teeth I informed her that I had no pain at all. Before the dentist proceeded to filling my cavities, the dentist tried to convince me to have my wisdom teeth removed. I told her no and then she proceeded to giving me my fillings. Through out the procedure the dentist stomach kept growling which was unprofessional (she was probably hungry). What I didnt like is that the dentist dropped the drill (the tool that grinds your teeth) on my chest. That scared me really bad. As she continued working on one of my cavities, she "accidentally" cut into the nerve of tooth that she was working on. I paid a total of $815 and all i got was the feeling of being seen as a nobody. I felt that they didnt want to help me. It felt like they just wanted to get me to purchase alot more then i should. Some people would say that they tried to scam me. Its been a month and a half since Ive been to their office. I have a lot of pain when i chew my food on the side of my jaw where I have worked done. Im surprised that the dentist didnt ask me to come back and have her check out the tooth where she cut my nerve. I dont recommend this office. Save yourself from pain and the feeling of being seen as cash cow

I had a partial root canal done by a different dentist and that dentist didnt have the expertise to have it done which pissed me off why do it in the 1st place so she sent me to a specialist n told me they do payment plans so I call and to find out they dont have paymeny plans they wants the whole 1500$ so I said eff that so I didnt go so I waited 5 months later my tooth was in severe pain to the point I couldnt eat . I found this emergence dental care place and called have me same day appt the staff was nice was called out back fast and was seen by the Dr. The nurse told me it was up to the Dr what he wants to do cuz I told her I wanted the root canal done I was tired of being in pain so met the Dr and right away he said he was going to do the root canal I felt relief while I was in pain he gave me shots in my gums to numb the pain while he was dealing with another after that he came and started working on mine n still was in pain he gave me more shots he was very nice n kept asking me if I was in pain if I did he would put more shots he took care of me .... The only bad thing about this place is they false advertise their ads talking about they do payment plans and I have 4 sessions I have to keep going back to finish up this root canal cuz I had a bad infection the whole thing cost about $2500 which is ridiculous costs more than the specialist.. Smh 1st payment was $600 what would happened if I didnt have the money when I think of payment plans i think I was going to pay $200 a month or so forth but no oh and plus the $85 so overall $685 the service is good but prices cost an arm and leg

I am in Austin visiting from Atlanta, GA. Developed severe pain in a matter of less than a day. Noticed my crown on my back molar was abscessed, so knew there was an infection there. Was unable to find an emergency dental clinic in the Austin area, but found this clinic online and figured a 67 mile drive was worth it. I called the clinic in the morning and they were able to get me an appointment at 5:00. Upon arriving at the facility I noticed the clinic looked filthy. The floors were dirty, the paint is chipping off the walls and moulding. After waiting for nearly an hour, I asked to to use their restroom which is located right next to where all the patients are being worked on. There is no level of privacy and it appeared as though there were no exam rooms. All the patients were lying down and I could see this, which means they could see each other. Seems like this should be some sort of violation of privacy. I went back out into the waiting room and had already decided to leave when I heard a male patient screaming out in pain. I then asked the receptionist to give me back my insurance card and drivers license to which she asked: Are you canceling your appointment? Thankfully an urgent care clinic was able to help me by giving me antibiotics and some pain medicine to hold me over until I was able to get in with a dentist. I would NEVER recommend this facility to ANYONE.

I had a broken tooth, which they pulled. Paid $400 for it , which is fine. tooth pain is gone. my only problem was the male dentist. i felt every pull , and rip . and the pain was unbearable. i kept dropping f-bombs because it was unbearable. i was crying like a wuss. and in the middle of it all he says "whats that? you want me to "F" you? " Im sorry but Im in full on pain, i asked for more novocain shots , felt every little thing , and he has a sexist remark? sorry if i wasnt exactly acting like a lady , but that response was not needed. i cant remember the drs name , but he was a short male with an accent . all in all tooth pain is gone, broken tooth is gone, but the experience was something out of "The Little Shop of Horrors". i have since been fearful of going to see a dentist , i know ill need to be sedated , and now Im like ,.. hmmm am i gonna get felt up? or worse , get treated like crap . and the front desk person was eating food, licking her fingers, touching peoples credit cards, gross as well. sorry for the shitty review a year later , but i was googling for a new dentist and came across this place again . and saw i wasnt the only one with a bad experience . hope no other women were subjected to his nastiness because i didnt speak up sooner .

After reviewing the reviews online I was unsure if I wanted to visit this location, but I was in pain and had no other choice. I called the facility and the individual was empathetic and offered me an appointment right away. Once I arrived to the facility I was greeted by the receptionist, she provided me with a great deal of information regarding my insurance benefits. Unfortunately, my insurance is not the greatest but the receptionist offered me a fairly reasonable rate for a same day procedure. I accepted the price that was quoted and was then seen by physician on staff. I was definitely impressed with the physician and her mannerism. The staff here was extremely humbling and would return to this location if I ever need to. Id definitely continue to refer my patients here if they are in need of urgent dental care. Definitely the go to place!
