Ive been a patient in the undergraduate practice for years. And the work is top notch! There are 3 levels of care: undergraduate dentists(getting their degrees), graduate students (getting advanced training in specialties), and the teaching PhD doctors. Each level has different pricing, but the first two are overseen by the teaching faculty. Your care is *always* overseen by the faculty. Prices are excellent, and they accept most insurance. Plus, you can help students learn and practice before they go out and hang up their own shingle. Highly recommended! Staff and Dr.s are excellent.

I went there a couple of weeks ago. It was a nightmare! I paid $315 just for deep anesthesia, and I was awake the whole time and felt them pulling out my wisdom teeth. When they finished I was in so much pain. It felt like the dentist was nonchalant about the whole situation. Kind of like oh well, you already paid us, so bye lady. $955 was the ending bill. Im okay with the amount I paid for the actual teeth as far as the removal. But I think I shouldve been reimbursed for the deep IV sedation I paid for but never got.

Prices are impossible to beat. New equipment, eager students, and close by doctors make you feel at ease. Everything is exceptionally clean. Everyone is always very engaged with you and your health is always top priority. Ive only been three times so far but I look forward to continuing my dental health plan here. I only knock a star off because your appointments will be longer than you may be used to due to the learning curve and services will be spread out over several appointments.

Good luck trying to actually get someone to talk to Ive been calling for five days to set up an appointment to get my wisdom teeth removed called more then 20 times always goes to some side office that says they will take a message and mark it as urgent and someone will get back to me did that 5 or 6 times 5 days later no call Im pretty sure theres one person working that answers one all a day then throws everyone to the side worst customer service Ive ever seen

Had to be on pain killers for months, due to the fact that these people wanted to pull out all the bad teeth at once! ( all or nothing) what a way to tell your patient how you want their money so bad right? Also they want to give me just laughing gas while undergoing 5 extractions! Do i look stupid because im poor? Nope....my advice? Dont go here

Brand new state -of-the-art equipment coupled with expert teachers equals a great experience for my 13 year old son and oh we will be paying half of what we would be charged at any other Orthodontists office.

Cleanings are cheap and done professionally and always observed by other dentists. Also got all 4 of my wisdom teeth recently and I had no problems with Jeffery Robinson. It was fairly cheap and it went well!
