If you choose to go here keep all your receipts. The Doctors are nice but they will turn you over to a collection agency before they ever bill your insurance. They need some training. Every time I go I have to prove I paid them by emailing or faxing over my receipts or I have to contact my insurance company to find out why they didnt pay their portion only to find out they never received a bill. Its extremely annoying and time consuming. After about 5 total visits between my husband and my son weve had one thing that insurance should have paid but never received go to collections and every other time theyve called asking for payment on stuff that luckily I had a receipt showing already paid.

Competent, efficient in following up on my medical records and I have experienced meaningful dialogue regarding my health issues from visit to visit. Entire medical staff, from tech assistants to lab to PAs to doctors, show concern for my well being. Their patient concerns exceed the bounds of conventional medicine as they show knowledge for my diet and daily activities as they relate to my health, which I greatly appreciate. The male PA is always left there alone while doctors take time off without telling him. The females there are gossip and yapping constantly. Theres inappropriate behavior going on as well.

We were there since 2012. The doctors didnt pay attention to what you said. There is alos $20 fee added to the copay. We are looking for a new family doctor.
