Ive bad some good and some bad expereince with this however however most my recnet were bad which is why I found another doctor after years of going to this clinic. I came back from my thanksgiving trip (with family) early so that I could make it to clinic Saturday morning. I drove 45 minutes in ice to come to this office the Saturday after Thanksgiving with my newborn baby (keep in mind he was sick as well) just to see the doctor. I got there and NO ONE was there, no cars or anything so then I called the call center and left a message for the on call doctor. I didnt get a call back until around 12pm after calling the call center every 30 minutes because I needed meds for a sinus infection. Well finally Kay calls to say the office was closed that weekend and it shouldve either been posted online or stated on their voicemail which it was neither of those places. I stated that they should have informed patients (like me) or at the very least called me back promptly, I was told I could go to the ER however I can not afford a huge bill. I ended up going to a CVS Minute Clinic and was misdiagnosed, had I went to the doctors office if I was misdiagnosed or the meds failed to work properly at least I would have been able to have another medicine called in. This was VERY unprofessional and inconsiderate and I would never consider going to this clinic again and it was not my first time having an issue with this clinic however this was the end for me. As for Dr. Ledesma hes great and in most cases Kay is as well, I just wished they cared more and were considerate for rare circumstances.

Drs and nurses are great, its the staff up front that are horiable! No empathy, no customer service skills! It never fails, whenever I come in to the office I have a problem with Cynthia up at the front! This morning she made me pay the cash price for an office visit bcs my insurance premium date was only good through June 2017, which was a mistake and it would have only taken 5-8 minutes for her to pick up the phone and verify this with my insurance! Instead she made me feel like a hostage saying I could either pay the cash rove (which I could not afford) or reschedule and not get my medication refill. I was trying to call my insurance to rectify the situation and Cynthia even interrupted me to say even if you contact your insurance and correct this with a reference number we will still make you pay the cash price so youll just have to get reimbursed from them so you can just pay the full cash price and get your refill or you reschule and get your refill at that time. I understand office procedures, but how hard would it have been to contact my insurance to verify this? Ive been a patient here for almost 3 years and I hate to leave because Dr. Rodgers and Dr. Ledesma are great people, but the way the front office staff treats the patients makes me sick! Its not just me, Ive observed in the waiting area as theyve been rude to other patients or when they just dont care enough to take an extra step to retain their patients. Good Customer service is DEAD at Arlington Family Health Pavilion!

4/1/17 - The office advertises that they open for walk in clinic (Urgent care only) on Saturday from 8am to 11am. Drove 45 minutes from where I live and got there at 9:30AM to find the office closed. Since I had another engagement in Arlington I waited about 30 minutes in the parking lot and saw about 6 people also come in to find the office closed. A few patients were coming out the back door, and when you call the office it states the office is closed. This is not the first time this has happened to me on a Saturday; its discourteous and unprofessional. Do your patients (paying clients) a favor and dont waste our time (and money) on a Saturday morning. JUST DONT OPEN ON SATURDAY! Now Ill probably have to go to an Urgent Care clinic and pay 100$ (which I had not budgeted) when I could have paid 30$.

Terrible service!!!! It takes months to actually get in to see the doctor, they only take certain insurances and you never see the actual doctor, just a nurse practitioner. I just had an experience with a prescription refill. I had to call to see if it was ready, because no one returned my phone call and when I went to pick up my prescription it somehow disappeared. I had to wait for 50 minutes for a doctor to re-write the prescription and then still had to pay the $5.00 charge. I have been extremely disappointed with the service and care of their patients. I am immediately finding a new doctor.

Ever since Dr. King left I have had a negative experience here. I was told they lost my information on a prior prescription and that the new Doctor, Nancy Davis refused to refill my prescription (which was the entire point of the visit) I do not have insurance and $75 just for an office visit is hard for me to come up with. I feel that after they had my money I was brushed off and basically told I am out of luck. In conclusion I am basically out $75 and have the wrong prescription. I will not be returning to this Practice.

I have been a patient of Dr Ledesmas since I can remember. I have nothing but great things to say: he is thorough; caring; listens to you and repeats to make sure hes heard you correctly. Hes been able to help me in every issue Ive had and is a better doctor than many specialists Ive seen. He doesnt reach for the door when you are his patient, which sadly Ive seen in many other doctors. Hes genuinely concerned for your health which is why I drive from Southlake to still be seen by him for my medical concerns.

Ive gone here for six months. I live about forty minutes away so I cant just check hours on site or stop by at lunch to pick up a prescription. So, my main method of contact is through phone and email. Unfortunately, if you call youll be asked to leave a message. Ive never received a call back when Ive left a message. And if you send an email expect a response in about a week. In person they are wonderful, but customer service and communication have ruined this business for me.

I have been a patient of Dr. Ledesmas for 24 years. He is smart, to the point, generous with his time and most of all, this man is kind and has a servants heart. He possesses patience and an encyclopedic knowledge of medicine. In his efforts to maintain a professional relationship with his patients, his sense of humor is sometimes lacking. However, he is a brilliant physician and I would highly recommend him.

I cant say enough good things about Tori she is the nurse practitioner for Dr. Rogers. Ive also seen others here and never had an issue. They even saw me when my obgyn wouldnt after a surgery and took very good care of me. I will admit it takes a while to get email response but I assume its due to the high volume of people needing them.
