Dr. Friedrichs dentist office has become another home to me. I practically grew up here. The staff is incredibly friendly! Also, several employees have worked with Dr. Friedrichs for years. You will feel like a family member in no time. The tropical theme creates a relaxing atmosphere, which really helps those who might not enjoy the dentist visits. Ive never had that fear, especially with Dr F! Hes done everything on my teeth from adjusting my overbite with braces to minor fillings. Paula usually does my cleanings. We have the best conversations that one can have with items in your mouth. They are very patient, knowledgeable and gentle. You never have to wait longer than 10 minutes for appointments unless your entire family goes at one time for appointments all afternoon... :) In that case, see if Kim (receptionist) can put a movie in. I havent asked this favor in a long time, so Im hoping thats still an option! If not, they do carry all the latest magazines. The office is very kid friendly. They usually store toys in a treasure box at the checkout desk, so after your childs visit dont feel shy about having them dig into that buried treasure! Im pretty sure that was my favorite part of the dentist trip as a kid. Plus, they supply you with endless amounts of travel toiletries. Yes, you can choose your favorite color toothbrush... I live in Austin now, but still take days off to attend my dental visits here at the end of the week. Once youve vacationed to dental paradise you never want it to end.

If it aint broke...dont fix it. We moved out of town over a year ago and we still make the journey to see Dr. Friedrichs and his staff. They are on point when it comes to efficiency, cleanliness, knowledge and hospitality. Its nice to go somewhere where they know your name and who you are on a personal level. I dont like doing business at any establishment when I feel like Im just a number. The entire staff at Dr. Friedrichs is friendly and accommodating and Im always comfortable dealing with them. I have a disabled family member and they take extra care when working on him. I once had a hygienist (at another dentist office) so afraid to touch him it made everyone terribly uncomfortable, not to mention the work was sub-par to say the least. So, I see no reason to switch providers. Dr. Friedrichs office has always done right by us and we will continue use them, even if it means making a trek across town.

I have had great experiences every time I go and have work done at Dr. Friedrichs office. The staff is very friendly and attentative to my situation. They treat you like a person and treat you like you are family. They take their time and explain what they are doing. They ask how you are doing, if you need a break, and just make you feel as comfortable as possible while you are there. I would recommend this dentist office to anyone without thinking twice about it. With Dr. Friedrichsand his associates, your not just a patient, but you are a friend. Thanks Dr. Friedrichs for taking the pain out of going to the dentist.

I decided to visit Dr. Friedrichs after he was recommended by a friend. I hadnt been to a dentist in longer than I care to admit. Every time my family has gone, they are always welcoming. They are flexible and try to schedule cleanings for myself, my 8 year old daughter, and my 3 year old son at the same times so that none of us are having to wait long. Our last appointment, we even arrived over 15 minutes late and they were still able to fit my daughters cleaning in! I would highly recommend them and will continue to use Dr. Freidrichs for many years to come.

I had the pleasure of being at Dr. Friedrichs office today to have my teeth clean. Over the years that was something I never said. "the pleasure". I was one of those folks who put off having my teeth cleaned to the very last minute. However, going to see Rick and his staff is always a pleasure. Extremely pleasant staff, they are always on time for me and my appointment, no pain in having my teeth cleaned and best of all to visit each time with Rick. He has an awesome facility and cant see me or my wife going anywhere else to have our dental work done.

Wasnt looking forward to going to the dentist. Had not so great experiences in the past. However, had a Great experience on both of my visits! Had a cleaning and it was done by a supper sweet tech, Bridget. She explained everything as we went along and I felt comfortable. Found a couple issue but on my return the Dr. and his assistant, Jane were amazingly helpful and thorough with everything....barely felt anything! Will be going back in 3 weeks for my perm. crown, I am hoping this visit will be even better! ;-) -Madonna Edmond

I absolutely love Dr. Friedrichs and his AMAZING staff! Everyone is kind, friendly, and helpful. Your dental care is personalized to your specific needs. They do not hesitate to make sure you have the most comfortable and enjoyable experience. I get very anxious and Im very sensitive to pain. My visits are relaxing and pain free. Dr. Friedrichss is gentle and so very knowledgeable. I drive over an hour because this is by far the BEST treatment I have received for my teeth. Schedule your appointment today! You wont regret it.

I am very pleased that I found Dr. Rick Friedrichs and his staff to provide our dental care. As a small child, I bit a dentist who was working on my teeth, so as an adult, I am very careful who I have as my dentist. They make me feel very comfortable getting the care that I need. The staff is friendly and the office decor helps me feel like I am taking a vacation to the Key West. I have knowledge that his office staff helped another family member by setting up payments for an unexpected dental repair.

I just left your office thanks to an agony I had with a tooth that was done "below par" at another place. Everyone there, including Dr. Abrahams, was - well - let me just say - Ima stickin with Dr. Abraham (bear in mind, I didnt meet any other docs) . .but she is my dental angel and I thank her and your office for giving me hope again after a rough several years I had since my auto wreck!!! If you are looking for a dentist that you can trust and feel relaxed with then look no further. This is the one!! Great staff who really cares and a relaxing atmosphere. Here, you are treated like family and not just another patient. . I cannot say enough good things about this dentist and the entire staff! I was looking for a new dentist in tomball after my previous dentist closed their practice with no notice, and I lost all my records from the previous 3 years! The staff here was so awesome and understanding of my situation! It was the most thorough appointment I have ever had. They answered all my questions, and made great recommendations.
