Horrible. Horrible woman. Using fear tactics like threatening your child they will get a shot if she thinks they are faking something. Then an unprofessional call to my personal phone during which she accused me of threatening my child as well. No sorry. Promising false consequences (a shot) in anew angry voice is a threat. Calmly explaining to my seven year old that if her pain is too bad we will have to go to the hospital to get xrays is a rational calming technique. Misdiagnosis of two illnesses that werent even concerns and completely wrote off my daughters leg pain as a "limp fixed with threats" I am appalled by this womans code of ethics. We will not be returning.

Not impressed any more. Room that my son was assigned had a surrenge cap on the table, trash underneath it. Left the room. They picked up the cap but the trash still under table. Notified the male Dr, about the trash even asked for a broom his response was, "Im not to worried about it i dont imagine babies crawling under there". Took pics of it all and a short video. Very unsanitary. Imagine you walking in with your new born and theres that or worse on the table your child is suppose to lay on. ... cap me over protected but he is my son my child my creation i think i have every right to complain and be concerned

This is the WORST clinic! My oldest daughter was misdiagnosed TWICE. Had two terrible ear infections and they neve recorded it once. Went the next day to an urgent care and they helped me. THEN, my youngest one has been having problems with her formula. Having a hard time pooping, throwing up way too much. This woman wants to come in the room and talk to me like Im a child. Using air quotes, "this is just "acid reflux" its "normal." Then she went on to say, "Get your tshirt honey I already had mine." With a bad attitude. I will be switching ASAP.
