My children are new patients of this practice. My husband and I were impressed that the on call pediatrician came to see our son at 9:30 p.m. the day I received notification I could go home the next day. When my children needed an urgent appointment, we were seen that same day and given sufficient time to discuss all concerns without feeling rushed. I relocated here from the midwest and this is how doctors treat patients. Im not sure ehy others clsim they are rude, snippy or more concerned about "their time." In my experience, thry have been totally focused on my childrens needs first, even calling me to follow up on my babys diaper rash. That showed me total compassion, patient focused. Were pleased eith this office,sll doctors, all nurses and all office staff.

Called to make an appointment as a new patient for my 2 kids. They would not see both of them the same day until we were "established patients" If they have rediculous policies such as this, it is not the place for us. Do they really think people are going to take time off of work or from their schedule to make 2 trips to the drs on 2 different days for something that can be done in 1 day? FYI: in this office THEIR time is more important than yours!
