I went with my partner and to begin with horrible service, the ladies in the front did not acknowledge us in till 4 mins later once they where done with there conversation, on top of that they over charge there clients my partner was paying everything in cash the total bill was ($1,819) the said they have him a ($200) Discount once I truly looked into the bill I see that they overcharged for certain things that they could of charged less. This Dental care was only in it for making full profit and does not care for there clients. The $200 dollars they saved they made it up in other things they did. After going to my dentist he even said it was outrageous what they charged. Again it is my partner fault for not waiting to see my Dentist but again you learn from your mistakes will not ever be coming to Columbia Dental again. Dont let them think they are helping when they are ripping you off in other ways. I also posted this information on every social media and they also have confirmed with me on my comment here. Please think twice before you come here. There are many there places that will charge you fare prices on there service plus Better Assistance.

The facility is clean and the staff very nice and friendly. Initially, I was very happy. All went well until my husband and I got into the chairs for our cleanings. The Dr. we had was very rough and we both have high pain tolerance levels. I have never had a cleaning that hurt and this one brought tears to my eyes. The Dr. doing the cleaning complimented me on having extremely clean teeth without any build up. When the pain was mentioned, the response was, "Well, if you dont floss regularly, your gums are going to hurt." And she continued digging around. She even stuck the pick in my gums and dragged it all the way up to my teeth and dug below my gum line. After all that she didnt even floss my teeth. My husband got the same treatment but he was more vocal about the pain and she seemed to get irritated and told him he needs better dental hygiene habits. My husband could see the blood on her gloves while she worked. Now that Im home, Ive found loose pieces of my gum hanging in between my teeth. Though I loved the friendly staff, we will not be returning. There is no reason for our mouths to still be hurting 5 hours later.

where to start I took my daughter to this office because I was referred she was very sacred and Dr Sing was so rude and impatient the way she talked to my daughter was no way to treat a patient I dont understand why she is a dentist if she cant learn to treat her patients right , and to top it of the front desk receptionist was on her phone from the minute I walked in to the minute I walked out they also informed they would confirm my apt and of course that didnt happen ..The restroom was disgusting and so dirty it looked as it had not been cleaned in months , I cant believe the owner lets his business run this way its just sick I recommend no one to this Dirty Filthy office full of rude staff THIS DR SUCKS !!

Avoid this office at all costs. Dr. Kaylan Nadella is extremely unprofessional in caring for patients. After not being able to finish a deep cleaning treatment he prescribed me a pain medication the only problem is that it was written for another patient at his office. After calling to have it fixed he faxed in a prescription and asked me to come back the next day. The following day I was in so much pain from the attempted procedure I cancelled the appointment. He informed me that although we were unable to preform any extractions he had already billed the insurance company. Is it even legal to charge for services you havent performed? You have been warned!!!

I have been coming here since last year, and I have to say I couldnt have chose a better place. They really get to know you and they feel like family. Dr. Nadella is amazing! All the treatment I needed, my insurance alone wouldnt cover so he helped me come up with a plan that I would financially be able to do. I had 2 wisdom teeth removed 2 weeks ago and had no pain after the first day. He also was able to close a gap that I had between my two front teeth. I chose this location originally because it was close to my home, but I see now it was a great choice for more than that one reason. Plus they are open late and on Saturdays which is great!

This place is freaking awesome. I got my two right side wisdom tooth removed and felt no pain (slight pressure). Dr. Kanyan Nadella is so good, I didnt even noticed when he popped out my top wisdom tooth. The staff are super nice and friendly. I initially wanted all four of my wisdom removed, but was nervous about the pain, but definitely going to schedule to get the other two removed. Also, I love their paperwork process. They have these cool dry erase documents, so once you fill out the paperwork, the staff input it in the computer and simply ease it instead of shreadding thousands of documents (pretty environment friendly).

Excelente trabajo muy amable era mi primera vez ante un dentista y me tocaba extracción de muela ...pero gracias alas señorías me sentí como en casa y el doctor súper amable y sobre todo paciencia la clínica la recomiendo muy cómodo atentos y sobre todo barato .....gracias átodos por su trabajo

Very Helpful staff ! 1. Friendly, and family orientated. I have 3 boys and they have a room out front with a play area that kept my boys entertained while I got my Wisdom tooth taken out. They explained what was going to happen and talked to me through out everything to keep me comfortable. I will be back for the rest of my dental needs. This staff was over all the best experience i have had thus far going from Dr to Dr was driving me crazy and I finally found an office that took care of me. Thank you so much for being so helpful friendly and overall giving a great customer experience.

Had a wonderful experience with Dr. Nguyen! I called and was able to book a last minute appointment. The receptionist was very pleasant and welcomed me with a smile when I walked in the door. I knew I needed a cleaning and a filling or two, and the staff took very good care of me. They did not try to sell me anything extra than what I needed/asked for. I was very appreciative of this because I had previously had a very bad experience at a dentist in Fort Worth. A special thanks to Dr. Nguyen and her staff, as I will certainly return to them for the next appointment I have!

I went there for routine cleaning. They took less than 5 minutes. Needless to say, it was the worst dental cleaning I have ever had. They just didnt care at all. Adding insult to the injury, they insisted that it was "special deep cleaning." I told them that it couldnt be, because it was far worse than any routine cleaning I have ever done, but they kept insisting and eventually charged me an extra for that "special deep cleaning" service. Terrible facility, terrible dentist, terrible service, terrible billing practice.
