I found Picasso because I sort of gave up on my old dentist after one of my white fillings kept falling out again and again and again (im like..is that normal?)...I feel sort of bad for ditching him but he was retiring soon anyways so the search was inevitable. ANYWAYS. As soon as I walked in...I was like Whooaaa....Dentistry sure has changed since the olden days. Im gonna recommend this place to all of my family and friends for a few reasons: 1. This place is HIGH TECH. 2. NO WAIT TIME..seriously!!!! I HATE WAITING. 3. Most importantly, a younger, fresh, and up-to-date (NOT OLD) dentist (WITHOUT shaky hands) actually EXPLAINED to me what was going on with all my teeth, and fixed that stupid white filling. The crazy thing is, after they put it back in, I looked at my tooth and it didnt even look like a filling was there. It looked just like my tooth! I guess thats why they call it Picasso Dental..these people are artists! Thanks Picasso...ill see you in 6 months.

At first they seemed very friendly. I shouldve seen through the act! They wanted me to pay the insurance companies part out of my pocket and then I would be reimbursed. After arguing with them over it a few minutes and then threatening to go else where they changed their tune. Our 2nd visit was NOT good at all. They let my 10 year old decide if he was going to have nitrous without consulting me first. Then couldnt figure out why he cried so much during the procedure. When i complained that they should have consulted me before continuing without nitrous the office manager just argued and made excuses. All the while the dental assistant stood there with a smurk on her face and at one point was even laughing. I will not be taking my children back and I will be reporting them to the state. You should NEVER change a minors treatment plan without consulting their legal guardian!!!!!!

Great service from the beginning. My husband hadnt been to the dentist in 7 years and was suffering from a cavity filling falling out which created a hole causing pain and bacteria to build. He ended up becoming really sick I finally asked him to show me and I was so worried. Called in then immediately a friendly voice had every answer for me before I even asked. Providing me with the best care instruction and prices plus routine of the visits. She also told me what we could be faced with to prepare us! Completely comforting! They got us in within 24hrs! And now my husband is up and going the way he always is!!!!! Never delay the dentist!!!

Never again! If you have a situation that is the least bit complicated and potentially painful I recommend you find somewhere else to go, please! No money in the world could get me to go back there. The female dentist is rude, as another reviewer mentioned, and she didnt even bother to introduce herself- otherwise Id list her by name. She was way out of her depth with me ( with what should have been 1 simple procedure) but seemed reluctant to admit it. I wish I had paid more heed to the other 1 star reviews here because they are right. This was easily the worst dental experience Ive ever had. Terrible dentist!

I will never go here again!! I went for a deep cleaning and a filling. I had to wait way too long. I dont think a good enough job was done on the cleaning. They ran my bill through twice. They deducted my deductible out of my account twice and tried to charge my insurance company twice for the services. Now, I am getting the run around on getting a refund for my deductible. I was told it would take 4 weeks. Then 6-8 weeks. It has been almost two months. And now I was told it could take another 2-3 weeks. This place is horrible!!!

I was tired of having to wait to be seen at other local offices and found that this new dental office had just opened in the area. I also learned they have several offices which made me more comfortable. I was seen the same day I called and had my cleaning and a few cavities I needed filled. They took my insurance and the staff was very friendly and helpfull. I love that the office is new and everything felt high-tech. lol. I will be going back for sure!

the person in the front office and the techs are nice, yet the new dentist ( a lady) is rude, after that they took xrays and everything, she denied a regular cleaning. Last time a man dentist saw my family and i was very satisfied with him... after today experience i decided just to changed to another dentist, although i had to pay again for xrays in the same day, it was wort it.. i am happy with my new choice. I DO NOT recommend Picasso dental

PICASSO DENTAL FOR VERY FRIENDLY AND KIND AND KID FRIENDLY HAVE ALWAYS BE GOOD TO MY KIDS EVERY APPOINTMENT AND THEY GET YOU IN AND OUT.DONT HAVE TO SIT 3 AND 4 HOUR BEFORE YOU ARE SEEN.ALSO TO KEEP KIDS BUSY WHILE WE WAIT THEY HAVE XBOX 360 FOR KIDS TO PLAY AND TV FOR THEM TO WATCH.BESTEST PLACE TO TAKE YOUR KIDS AND ALSO PARENTS YOY CAN BE SEEN TO THERE.THEY GET FIVE STARS FROM ME.

Every 6 months, I usually dread going to the dentist. Long waits, boring magazines, and sitting in a chair for an 40 hour before being seen. Not here! This place is great. I was seated quickly, which was awesome. But also, the doctor came in quickly after I was seated. Hardly any wait. Picasso makes it quick, easy, and painless. What else can you ask for?

I was recommended to come here through a friend and they didnt disappoint! The office is really nice and the staff very polite. The dentist is young and very knowledgeable. He explained everything I needed and why, and made me feel comfortable and at ease about everything. Im definitely sticking with them and recommending more friends to come!

This office is great! The doctor was very helpful with answering my questions and didnt make me feel like my appointment was rushed like it has been at other offices I have visited. Everyone was friendly and I made appointments for my mom and sister too on the way out. I would definitely refer my friends here!!

I will never go back here ever again, I had a cavity filled almost 2 years ago after being in pretty serious for a month I went back & they redid it 2 years later it still hurts almost everyday. I now have to go to a new dentist to have them fix whatever this place messed up.

Great staff, wonderful doctors! What more could you ask for! They have always been there to accommodate my schedule and are open on Saturdays! Front desk staff is very friendly and the doctors are very laid back! Thanks for keeping my teeth healthy! Keep it up!! :)

I love it here. I drive all the way from Terrell tx just to come here. The staff is so helpful and nice. And the office is really clean and the energy is very welcoming and comfortable. They are so good with kids and let the parents go back with them. Overall 10 stars.
