Had to come back a couple days after my appointment because the procedure was not performed correctly; they charged me $90 to take time out of my schedule to come back and have them do what I already paid to have done. Talked to billing dept. and thought we had reached an understanding; I check my mail and theyve billed me for the full amount. Greedy scumbags.

Ramsdell is an expert surgeon/artist for Mohs procedures for skin cancer. He has performed 2 procedures on my face with excellent results. I would return to him again, if necessary. Nice fellow with great office staff.
