Made a call to Dr Henslees office to verify if a refill was called in from my pharmacy. To start off am individual answered the phone very rude. As I continued to ask she stated "Well if the pharmacy said they called they must have!" All i needed was to verify if the pharmacy called if not so I can request my refill. Well from there her tone and her rude responses got worse. And of course there were other issues with this woman. I asked for her name and she said "Monica" I wonder if Dr. Henslee has any idea how this employee speaks to his patients. Dr Henslee needs to read this review. She definitely needs to be retrained in customer relations.

After seeing Dr. Henslee several times over the past couple of months Ive noticed a definite improvement in the office wait time! How nice to be seen so quickly! Dr Henslee is the best dermatologist in the San Antonio area. I have seen him for the past 6 years and he has a great personality, is well educated and truly cares about his patients needs. The staff is great as well! I highly recommend Dr Henslee to anyone.
