I wouldnt recommend this doctor to my worst enemy. Somewhere on her website it states that she graduated at the top of her class, but I have to ask, how many individuals were in her class...3? I came in there with a serious skin concern, but I didnt receive proper solutions. Instead, this "doctor" wanted to mask the problem with Botox and one of her "assistants" just began to run her mouth of what she thought I had as if she was a doctor, but I ignored her and she wrote the reason for my visit on a page, which the doctor never read; this so called "doctor" just entered the room and began to make incorrect assumptions for my visit while the "assistant" was there looking at me like a nosy person from the projects and not like a professional. And another one of her "helpers" entered the room for no reason and just stared at me with no invitation and then left. What is this? Terrible place. This Kim lady asked me what my routine was and as soon as I said "I use a cleanser and" SHE STOPPED ME and began to say "well, a cleanser is not enough" I DO KNOW THIS AND I USE MORE THINGS, BUT YOU DIDNT LET ME FINISH! Let your patients finish talking! Stop getting in the middle of their responses! Stop acting like you know the lifestyle of your patients--you are not God. Learn to listen and learn about your patients reactions to certain things. And if you are a DOCTOR, have all the proper equipment in your place so you can stop recommending your patients to other doctors. More things happened in this place, but Ill just leave it at that or my review will turn into a book.

I couldnt be more pleased with my first visit. Unlike many other medical offices, you will be treated with respect and a gentle manner. The office staff are very courteous. I tend to be a bit shy and soft spoken and they were very sensitive to my needs, asking all the right questions. Dr. Ross was really great too. She spent a long period of time with me and answered all my questions. She also allowed me to play an active role in my care, making sure that I was able to voice an opinion about what kind of treatment options I wanted. She seemed to genuinely care about my case, and her treatment plan has worked out great. I would definitely recommend this office to a friend.

Dr. Kim Ross office has terrible consideration for their patients time. My first time there I was not seen until 30-40 minutes after my scheduled appointment time. My second follow-up appoint was rescheduled twice. They called to cancel and choose a different date. This is very inconsiderate, I had already requested off work before. Not to mention I have to get lab work done before I go in for my appointment so it affects my schedule two times. Dr. Ross is pleasant, its just unfortunate that their lack of time and scheduling consideration trumps it. If this continues I will be forced to seek another dermatologist.

I was NOT AT ALL SATISFIED! Dr. Davis didnt even care to ask when the condition started or what not to use so my psoriasis wont flare up or come back. Then on top of that he didnt even say thanks for coming in or if I have any other questions for him. He just walked out like he just went to get something when really he just went to see another patient. Which I thought was very rude and not even considering the fact that Im a private pay I got no insurance he just took my money and spit in my face. Oh and another thing the staff still hasnt even send my prescription to the pharmacy. Please DONT COME HERE

1st consultation was less than 15 mins, was charged the office fee (not complaining), noce staff amd Dr. I went back an exact week later because the problem was worsening and meds werent working and I said it was on the same matter. the DR still saw me for less than 15 again and was charged again..Just saying cut ur patients some slack for something that you didnt target the first time. Patients stay because of your overall service and treatment..theres many places out there I wouldnt come back to this one.

I just had the most frustrating experience. Seems to me they book for every 15 mins knowing full well someone is going to have a problem will take longer. I waited 35 minutes. Then the doctor mentioned a particular cream I should get which I didnt know they sold there. I never heard from the nurse afterwards that this was the case, thinking I would get a prescription. I would then have to make another trip there (takes me 25 mins on a good day) to get the cream. I will not go back there.

My entire family have been patients of Dr. Ross for over 10 years. Every time we visit, the staff is extremely friendly and professional. Have we ever had to wait? Of course! Its a busy doctors office and sometimes patients take longer than what was originally planned. I havent been to a doctors office in the last 5 years that I didnt have some sort of a wait. Dr. Ross is a compassionate, incredibly qualified Dermatologist and I wouldnt go to anyone else! I highly recommend her!

Receptionists listening skill is insufficient. After a few days scheduling an appointment with Dr. Ross-Garcia at this office, I called in to cancel the appointment (one week before the appointment date) and found out that my name was not in their computer system. So, if I kept the appointment and showed up on that date, they would ask me to go home and reschedule because their mistake. I wish the receptionist has a better listening/communication skills with patients on phone!

I told her I could NOT afford any expensive acne medication, and you know the cost of the bill was? 700 DOLLARS. Cause thats her version of inexpensive? Also while I was there she wouldnt stop pestering me about a non-cancerous mole on my leg. She removed it, and didnt even tell me how much it would cost. Today I received the bill, they estimated it would be between 250 - 700 dollars. Completely outrageous, never doing business there again.
