I cant say enough about how impressed I am. Im hard to impress most of the time because Im such a skeptic. They seemed to be firing on all cylinders with perfection. Its absolutely amazing to see an organization of any kind, be so good, in the full scope of their purpose. I dont have much experience as a pet owner so I dont know much about owning a pet. My family took on an adult cat about 3 years ago and a kitten a little over a year ago. The kitten went into heat and I was clueless on what to do. When searching things on the internet, I found out theres more care she should be having too. My cat was in heat and was coming down when we had her spayed (I thought she was done). Heres some reasons why I recommend this place. 1. INFORMATIVE - This was the last vet I called in my area and thank goodness I called them. Office A had a hard time explaining pricing, complications, cat care, and such over the phone. Office B was trying to sell me the whole time without asking much about my knowledge or my cat. This office not only explained what to expect about getting my cat spayed but what other things I might want to do. They did it in a way that was informative and werent trying to "upsell" me or anything. They also discussed routine things my cat should have like vaccinations and veterinarian care. 2. CONFIDENT - Where other offices seemed inexperienced and uncomfortable with the possibility of my cat being in heat and being spayed, this office was. They didnt tell me it was completely safe but they did explain why theres more risk and what risks we should expect. 3. SKILLED - I had spent some time Googling images of the incision on cats when they are spayed because I was a bit worried. Those incisions were huge compared to the incision my cat had. I should have measured it but I dont think it could have been longer than an inch. They told me after the procedure she was still in heat but it was very minor and they wouldnt charge me any additional to the normal price. 4. UP-FRONT - Office A gave me ranges of prices but nothing specific. Office B sold me on some monthly plan but couldnt tell me any other prices over the phone. I felt like Office B only wanted me to come in so they could sell me something more. This office was completely up-front. They gave specific prices over the phone. They also told me about possible charges like if my cat was in heat, or if I wanted additional services they offer. 5. NON-JUDGMENTAL - I had no idea of all the veterinarian care cats need to or should have. My adult cat hadnt been vaccinated in who knows how long. My kitten was vaccinated around 8 weeks. I had no idea the kitten needed a second shot for the first shot to be effective and no idea my adult cat needed boosters. They didnt judge me for my lack of knowledge and explained everything very well. 6. FLEXIBLE - The front office and myself were not sure whether my cat was still in heat. I wanted to get a microchip for my cat since they were already operating on her but could afford the chip and the additional cost if she was in heat. I asked them to do the chip if she wasnt in heat for that reason. Well, she was in heat but it wasnt difficult for the vet. They did the chip and didnt charge me anything extra for my cat being in heat. 7. EMPATHETIC - They very empathetic about some of the concerns I had. I was concerned with whether or not my cat was pregnant because she didnt seem like she was in heat and she had been outside and I was concerned with my cats safety. I really felt the office cared about my cat, my family and myself after expressing my concerns. I bet I could keep coming up with other reasons too.

I was referred to this office by my roommate and have had such an incredible experience. My cat, Steve French had stopped eating and was very sick, I made an appointment with whatever doctor I could see. The appointment process was great! They didnt have any appointments opened but they offered to have me drop off my cat and they would run tests and assessments to see what was wrong when the doctor had a moment between appointments. I walked in and the office was very clean and organized, the front staff was wonderful! Greeted me immediately, and showed genuine concern for my cat. A technician shortly came from the back to ask me about my cats health, she was very attentive and kind and she went over all of the costs up front so I knew what do expect. I left Steve French there and about an hour maybe two later I got a call from a technician letting me know that they wanted to run a few other tests. Again telling me the costs very straightforward. When it was time to pick up my cat I was taken into a room to wait for the doctor. We had the privilege of seeing doctor Stefanoff, he was so good! He explained everything in great detail, told us about my cats aftercare and said that he would be checking up on my cat every day. The technician who was different from the one I met with before was so amazing! She was a sweetheart! Doctor Stefanoff kept his promise. He called us the next day asking about the condition of my cat. He had us call the next morning as well, he again expressed his concerns and gave us tips on how to handle my cats care. He then gave us his personal cell number for emergencies. I am beyond impressed with this office! I would recommend to anyone who needs animal care. What a great place.

We were concerned when our big teddy bear dog had stopped eating. When we took him in the first time both the Vet Assistant Kim and Dr. Rebecca Amesbury were very kind and concerned about his well-being. They went over our options to what we would like to do as far so what tests could and should be ran. Never once were we pressured and we were well informed of all costs prior. When we received our results we were given our options again along with what to look for. When the time came that we had to make that dreadful decision we were greeted with sympathy over the phone first and was told by Dr. Rebecca Amesbury to give him a hug as she could not be there. When we got to the Copper View Animal Hospital, we were greeted with genuine sympathy from the receptionist before taken in to a private side room that was beautifully set up (in was afraid that we were going to be placed in just one of the patient rooms). We were again greeted by Kim who just loved on our baby. She went overy the process and what to expect. She had also talked about our options for burial or cremation along with her own personal experience she had been through. She gave us all the time that we needed before bringing in Dr. Hope Teyler. Dr. Hope Teyler was just as sweet and caring as Kim and Dr. Rebecca Amesbury had been. She had also explained the process and what we should expect. I cannot express the gratitude that I have for Copper View Hospital during this trying time for our family. I will definitely be bringing my other pets to them. I highly recommend them to anybody emergency or not.
