I started going there a couple months ago for a cold and they helped me with that. Then I went again for depression and they assigned me to Dr. Wallace, which is a good person and very knowledgeable. He gave me some medication and increased the dosage of some other medication that a PA gave me, which wasnt strong enough until it was increased. When I ran out of medication that was prescribed by Dr. Wallace, I went back for a prescription refill (IN PERSON because their phone system is INEFFECTIVE!!!!) after contacting my pharmacy so I went and the dark skinned lady who supposedly was doing her job said she understood my situation and blah blah blah. When I went to get my prescription filled, it was authorized by the PA, who originally gave me the VERY low dosage. I was UPSET and could not fathom why they couldnt simply re approve my most recent refill from Dr. Wallace, not Dr. Hewitt. Going from a 4mg/day regiment to a 1 mg/day regiment made things really complicated and everything went downhill. I went back and back and back but it does not do any good. Their front desk and nursing staff and Dr. Wallace is excellent. Their prescription service and triage service SUPERIORLY SUCK and the upper managment needs to take a look at the system. Phone mailboxes are always full and when I arrive in person, they act like Im not there and wait for me to ask for someone then they come and help me. Its like they know what Im there for but dont give a damn until they get sick of seeing me. Bottom line... if you depend on prescriptions for your well being, GOOD LUCK at this place.

Ive been going here over 15 years. I normally dont write reviews but the negative reviews were very surprising to me. Yes, you have some wait time, because it is a doctors office that is very busy and so far every doctor Ive seen here (which has been 4 or 5 over the years) will take a little extra time with you if you dont quite understand something, so if the wait time is a little longer than expected, its because theyre trying to give everyone the best care. You get in a lot faster if you make an appointment and show up on time for it, if you just walk in they will do their best to work you in but of course you will have some wait time (theyll usually tell you about how long the wait is, too). I saw Mary Tipton when I was younger, shes such a great doctor that shes always booked out pretty far for the past couple of years so Ive started seeing Vilate, who is amazing and puts you right at ease and explains everything thoroughly with no nonsense or beating around the bush. If I go in for an emergency, Ive seen a couple of other doctors, all of whom were very competent as well and made sure I understood what was going on. I go here for pretty much everything, occasionally I have to go to specialists outside of this practice but the specialists I go to are also competent. The staff at Copperview usually gives me a couple of options for where I can go for what I need, and explains the benefits of each one. Overall, I find that Copperview has always treated me well and I will continue going here as long as I live in Utah.

I have been coming to Copperview since I moved to the area about two years ago. The waiting room is spacious and clean, and has a dedicated area for young children if you need it. It is always clean, and the reception staff is very kind and courteous. I have had several severe chronic illnesses for most of my life. Prior to coming here and seeing Kevin Cottle I always hated seeing doctors. Every other doctor I visited always seemed to treat every appointment and check up in a way that I would consider "transactional". That is to say that at other clinics or offices I always felt rushed in and out, with only the the most perfunctory attempt to solve my problem that day. I have never experienced that here. I see Kevin Cottle FNP here. Kevin is simply an amazing provider and person. He always spends the time needed to not only help me with what I come in to see him for, but also takes extra time to explain everything in detail in a way that I can understand. He asks questions about my specific concern as well as inquires about other issues, and genuinely cares about my overall well being. I strongly recommend this clinic, and Kevin in particular. It may sound like an exaggeration, but Kevin has changed the way I consider my own health, and my standards for quality care.

DO NOT USE THIS OFFICE! Incompetent medical office staff. Misty in billing refused to help correct a mistake and refused my calls. They were rude and very unhelpful when all I wanted to do was get the mistake changed (a corrected birthdate for my child) so the insurance would be billed correctly and get paid. I tried several times to correct this as they continued to bill me for the full amount. I happily paid my portion of the bill and wanted them to bill the insurance company correctly. I tried several times to correct this and my calls were refused or avoided. I called my insurance and they also tried to contact them several times to rebill with the correct information. Misty also refused to answer their calls or take care of the problem. I was told by the office manager that she was having health problems. Misty and the office staff refused to even listen and sent the bill to collections for the full amount. They are a contracted provider on my insurance and can only be paid by the insurance. This OFFICE would NOT Take the calls and I was later garnished an oversize amount from my checking account. They will not at all work with insurance company. This was a very stressful and unneccessary ordeal for me. Terrible service!!!

Every time I have been seen (only twice) the nurses have been awful they have been so rude and act like they hate their job and hate everyone there, did not even help the Dr. get set up with anything the Dr. had to get everything to do the check up, very unprofessional... Trying to get ahold of Medical Records have been a pain, or even trying to get anyone to call you back is a joke.. I went in and had some lab work done by a very nice gal and I had to call them for my results which they had called me and told me they were working on it then put in my file that I was already called and told my results ridiculous!! The Dr. was very nice didnt seem like she knew what she was doing, seemed a little uncomfortable and seemed confused when asked a simple question, the front desk was nice the first lady acted as tho I was bothering her but then seemed to chipper up after a minute. I really would not recommend this place to anyone. Trying to get a referral is a joke I had to find my own clinic who took my insurance and trying to get anything to this new clinic is a joke its been two months now and still can not get everything I need from this clinic to be transferred to my new Dr... Shame on this clinic

We were very underwhelmed by our entire experience at CopperView. We visited after a pediatrician from this clinic checked on our newborn baby before we left the hospital. The doctor, Mary Tipton, was heavy handed with the sales pitch and repeatedly tried to convince us to visit this clinic for a followup visit. At our appointment in the clinic for a follow-up visit, we noticed the furniture in the lobby was close to the end of its useful life and the carpeting was stained. The employees were fast in taking us to a patient room, but we waited a while before a guy with jeans came in without introducing himself and started asking questions about why we were there. After another period of waiting, a woman came in to draw blood from our baby. While she was doing so, another woman walked in and started to help. Neither women introduced themselves or said what they were in the room for. When the PA eventually came in, he didnt introduce himself either or say why he was in the room, which I found terribly frustrating. This place provides free clinic service at private practice prices. I would implore you to go anywhere else before coming here.
