At first I was pleased with the office. I was so happy I found a provider to help me manage my pain & Lynn was amazing. I had been going there for almost a year. But after awhile things started to get horrible. Employees were being fired, doctors were leaving and the current doctors who stayed told us patients, NOTHING! I understand that going to the doctor there will be a bit of a wait but to be there 4-5 hours at times is ridiculous! Ann is so rude and unprofessional to say the least! Im no longer a patient there due to their lack of communication. Some of the people at the front desk have no idea what theyre doing and you can tell the employees are unhappy. I would drive clear from Provo to West Jordan just to make my appointments and my last visit was by far the worst. To miss work, drive an hour, wait two hours to see yet another "doctor" I dont know to only be told they wont prescribe me my medications because I tested positive for alcohol 30 DAYS PRIOR, is bullshit! I understand you can not drink & take medications. Which is why I skipped my dosage when attending a concert. I was treated like some drug addict and was told I had to go do a substance abuse evaluation, if I wanted to get my meds. I didnt abuse ANYTHING! When the random doctor ive never seen before was telling me all this, she then proceeded to also tell me they were going to start tapering me off of my medications because they were "no longer a pain clinic". I was even more pissed considering I was told they were not going to do that or make any changes when i asked that question at my last visit. She replied by telling me "That Ann had spoken with me about this, so I shouldve known". When I NEVER SPOKE TO ANN NOR HAVE BEEN SEEN BY HER BECAUSE SHE WAS NOT MY PROVIDER! I asked to then speak to Ann and as soon as she came in the room she was insulting, rude and even raising her voice at me without even closing the door. Can you say VIOLATION OF HIPPA LAWS!! When she handed me the substance abuse paper, i asked if she could refer me to somewhere close to where I lived and she replied with a smart ass remark telling me to "Google it" as she rolled her eyes and walked out. I dont see why I couldnt have gotten a SIMPLE PHONE CALL BEFORE DRIVING CLEAR OUT THERE TO MY APPOINTMENT. It would have been more convenient to get a phone call, go and do the substance abuse evaluation and bring the results to my next appointment. Ann is by far so horrible, inconsiderate and the worst doctor Ive seen. Ive never been treated so rude, I even walked out of the appointment in tears because of all the bullshit I had to go through that day. If I could, Id give this office 0 stars!!!! If anyone knows where Dr. Morrison went, please let me know.

I have been to the clinic for pain management four times and every time I had to wait an hour just to be put into a patient room. my first and second visit I seen Gita she was very pleasant however did not take much time with me asking questions or examining me 15 minutes the first time and 5 minutes the second time. By the time I left the appointments it had been 2 hours. My third visit was with Ann, I waited in the patient room 15 minutes then Ann spent 30 minutes with me doing a complete examination asking questions and listening to me. Ann made sure that I talked with DeAnn to set up a Dexascan, sleep study, and made arrangements to make sure I was able to connect with a Surgeon. Ann and DeAnn spent time to make sure I was getting all the help I needed. My fourth visit was very miserable I arrived 10 minutes early and filled out the paperwork then waited the usual hour before they walked me back to the patient room. I waited another hour in pain and being very uncomfortable, a man came into the room and talked to me about massage. I waited another 15 minutes before Lynn came in the room, she talked to me for 5-7 minutes gave me my prescriptions and I was finally out of there after 2 1/2 hours total. It is very unpleasant for people in pain to wait so long for an appointment to get medication. The waiting room is full of people in pain and are not having a good experience. I have listened to other people complain about how they are treated and that is very stressful for me and everyone else. I have never been treated so poorly and I have had chronic pain for 40 years. Hopefully I will not need your services for very long I am looking forward to having surgery. You came highly recommended by Dr. Garg and the only pain management clinic I could find that would take my insurance. I realize that this is a new business so I hope you take this criticism and make your business a better place for your patients. Thank you for your time. Sincerely, Nancy Todd

Boohoo boohoo Nancy Todd whether your at an appointment, in a car, waiting in line at the grocery store & checking out, whatever the case is if you have chronic pain you have chronic pain period. So what if they didnt immediately kiss your ass & drop everything just to serve you. You wait in line at a grocery store dont you? Or are you the type of person that thinks they should open a special line for you because you shouldnt have to wait? You sound like a junkie. You should have enough pain meds for the day you go to your appointment. So if youre complainin that they make you wait in pain needing your meds then you are abusing your medication. Maybe if you used your medication as prescribed then you wouldnt be freaking out & in a hurry to get in to see the doctor, get your precipitations & run to the pharmacy to fIll them. People like you are the ones ruining it for those of us who really do have pain & who dont abuse our medication. I go see my doctor every 30 days and I have exactly 30 days worth. I seem to make my meds last. I wait 45 minutes to an hour to go back to the room to wait & see my doctor. Big F---ING DEAL. Do you want some cheese to go with all your whining? Pathetic, youre pathetic. A person who thinks everyone should drop everything to serve you right away. Screw everyone else that waited the same as you.

This is the worst clinic I have ever gone to they treat each person differently and you sit in the room for the Dr to come in and she dont come in for at least 2 or 3 hours not to mention that she treats alot of patients like there nothing and she shares your medical stuff with other patients and shes not even a doctor she a nurse practitioner no doctors even work in that office there all nurse practitioners and they have tape over the bathroom sink and you cant wash your hands in the bathroom whether they give you a urine test o r not and then they have you wash your hands in the area that they draw your blood and test the urine and thats gross not to mention she acts like shes better then you and sets there and calls you a bad parent when shes the one trying to tell you that you cant bring your kid but your a bad parent not to mention she gets everything mixed up its not a good clinic and its the worst Ive ever been treated by anyone or any clinic
