I went in for a snowboarding injury dealing with my tailbone. Once I arrived the nurse told me to sit down ( not the best for an injured tailbone). After filling out the paper work I waited and was eventually seen by the doctor. Doctor Stecyk didnt seem to care about the amount of pain I was in and referred me to get X-rays and that was all he did. I went immediately from the doctors office to the X-ray facility because they do not have one in house. I had x-rays done within an hour and made sure someone was going to contact me with the results. I asked multiple times, both at the doctors office and at the x-ray facility. I never heard from ANYONE. It was about a month and a half later I received a call from the billing department demanding I pay for my visit. I explained the situation and was told by the person on the phone she could pull my records and call me back with the results (she had a horrible demeanor the entire conversation). I NEVER received any information from this facility about anything. Initially, I was told I never received my results because they had a wrong phone number.... then how did they contact me on my working number? This type of blatant lying should not be tolerated anywhere, but at a doctors office of all places? Now two months later they are still hounding me to pay the bill. The women who keeps calling is extremely rude and immature about the entire situation. And at this point the initial injury I went in for is still causing me pain. Thanks a lot Airpark Medical, your service was horrible. UPDATE: Still calling with combative, rude attitude telling me that I am a liar and demanding I pay for services I never received. There is no reasoning with these people.

Ive been a patient of Dr. Frys for about 7 years. I love that I dont have to wait several days/weeks to get an appointment. Many times Ive been able to get in on the same day that I call. Dr. Fry is friendly, professional, knowledgable, and helpful, and always has my best interests in mind when rendering care. When he had to refer me to a specialist for an injury that required surgery, it was to the best specialist in the field. His entire staff is courteous as well.

Dr. Fry really takes the time to listen to my issues. I have been through many doctors that had no idea what was wrong with me. I was finally diagnosed in December 2014, and am hopefully on the path to living a better quality of life.
