I have been going to this location since November 2014 due to various ailments and injuries I have sustained over my entire sports career. In addition, I suffered from severe headaches and migraines for over 25 years. In terms of the migraines first, I have literally done all the things my neurologist prescribed me to help aid and/or prevent them, however, nothing seemed to work. The medicine made we gain weight and it really didnt help me so I eventually gave up on it and learned to "live" with the pain, even when umbearable. Kendra recommended a treatment of trigger point therapy in the neck and catheters inserted into the sinus cavity to numb out nerves that contribute to headaches and migraines. I went through approximately 12 or so sessions of this process and can honestly say I literally no longer suffer from this pain anymore. I also went through neuropathy and trigger point therapy due to numbness in my arms and hands that caused pain or me to drop things I would hold. Prior this these treatments, I really wasnt able to work out in the gym for almost 3 or more years, and that was considered my second home. I gained weight and didnt fee good about myself. I followed the treatment plan and as well as my testosterone replacement therapy (also found I had really low levels) and feel like I am back in my early 20s. Over the course of 8 months, I was back in the gym at 110%, lost over 70 pounds, and in the best shape of my life at almost 40. Special thanks to Kendra, Hector, Mark, and Scott (and now Bill) for helping me live my life pain free for the first time in almost 2 decades. Without your treatments and therapies, I would still be bouncing around various doctors to troubleshot issues without giving me the freedom to actually live my life pain free. Finally, the team assists me to this day if I tweak a joint, muscle, etc to help speed up my recovery time as I am back to playing sports and living in the gym!! Thank you for all you do for me. I guess I can now say this office is my second home because they always help me get back on my feet quickly. THANK YOU!!!!

I consider myself to be a young, athletic individual. After a freak accident, I fell victim to lower back and leg pain for months. After it subsided, I re-injured it while running sprints. This was devastating, and in all seriousness I could only imagine living a life with ongoing pain in my lower back. I had been to a private practice Chiro and his solution was to stretch more often. This did not help, I needed more GUIDANCE. I work near this location and they had a free demo session in my office building for a massage. I had been feeling tight throughout my whole back while still dealing with a shooting pain in my low back and streaks of tightness through my hamstrings. After the free demo, I accepted a free x-ray and visit to the location. After viewing my x-ray and listening to Dr. Scotts suggestions, I knew that this was the time to take serious action. After a 36 visit program, including physical therapy with Mark on every visit (taught me a lot about stretching and testing new ways to do exercises), the nurse (so sorry I forgot your name!) diagnosing my flat feet and my need for inserts in my shoes to avoid future plantar fasciitis, the warmness of the entire staff, and of course both Dr.s chiro work...I walked away feeling 100%. Yes, this took 4+ months to earn the pain free back, but it was more than worth it. I really felt like the pain I was feeling would never go away, and I was wrong. I will be forced to wear inserts for the rest of my life, stretch regularly, run, walk, bike, etc...and to do so pain free now is a blessing. I am fortunate that I found a great group to work with and keep me motivated. Thanks!!!

Disliked it. I went in for two appointments to give them a try. The office is nice, and the staff is very professional and courteous. Really, the staff was my favorite part of the whole experience. The wait times are longer than I am used to. Most chiropractors in my experience dont make you wait more than 3-5 minutes, here I waited about 10 minutes for both of my visits. I did not feel like I received the attention I needed. I know my body very well, and I know where my issues are. A good indicator for me is how well chiropractors can find them and mention them to me in my first one or two visits. Other chiropractors in the area did a much better job in finding my "bad" spots. My neck adjustments were initiated from the head. What I mean by that is they "whip", or rapidly turn, the head to adjust your neck. I prefer it when adjustments are more controlled. Yes, everyone is very friendly. However, it does have a rather strong "business" vibe. Not that there is anything wrong with running a nice office or being successful. However, to me, it felt like I did not get enough attention or that I really mattered as a patient. Also, they offered me a 2 month care plan for X dollars and X dollars off if I signed up today. That I did not like at all. Again, nothing wrong with offering care packages, I do believe chiropractic care is a part of a healthy life, but I did not like how it was done.

Terrible place! Very strange place. 1) – on the phone when I was making my first appointment they said my UHC insurance is fine. 2) I came to my 1-st evaluation and they had copy of my insurance. After some PT evaluation, we made appointment for the second visit in two days. 3) I came second time, receptionist took electronic COPY of MY SIGNATURE, took a COPY of MY MD REFERRAL and 3 minutes later she told me that my insurance is NOT GOOD for PT visits!!! I had Physical Therapy many times before this office, with the same UHC insurance! So why suddenly this shop does not take it? Another question is: if you “discover” that my insurance is not good for you, Why you did not call me to cancel my (at least) second appointment?? I had to drive 30 miles to get there ! What kind of game and impudence it is? Is this some kind of SCAM?

I found CMC off of Groupon and was hesitant about going the first time because, well...I found them off of Groupon. NOTHING about CMC is "discount" quality! The staff is absolutely amazing! Ever since my very first visit EVERY staff member, whether Ive met them or not, remembers me and greets me by my first name. Dr. Scott and Dr. Garrett are both wonderful! I left my last chiropractor because of his unprofessionalism and comments that he made to me that made me feel uncomfortable. Everyone here is nothing but friendly and professional! The physical therapists and assistants are just as amazing and have helped me become virtually pain free in such a short amount of time. I have nothing but good things to say about them and would refer them to anyone I know.

Growing up I have always had hip and range of motion problems without realizing it. I thought I was normal just not as athletic as some of my peers; however, I couldnt have been more wrong. I have been going to Camelback Medical for the last few months now and they have already made a remarkable change in my life forever. I can reach higher than I have been able to before, I can run without pain now, I can sit Indian style without my body feeling awkwardly uncomfortable, I can lay flat on my back when I never could before without my back curving a ton, and the list goes on. This place is truly changing peoples lives for the better and I dont know what I would have done without it.
