I went in due to high fevers, chills, and a cough. I left with prescriptions for allergy medication and I was told that the fever was probably going to go away in a few days. The next day I was carried out of my house by my husband and arrived in the ER with a fever of 103.8 and barely able to hold my head up. After tons of IV fluids antibiotics and pain killers, an insane amount of bloodwork, and a chest xray, the diagnosis was pneumonia! How you go from allergies to pneumonia is beyond me...but my money was wasted here at the urgent care and Im not happy about it.

I recently visited the urgent care clinic at Granger medical in West Valley. I must say that everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. B was awesome. He drained a wound I had from a spider bite and took really good care of me. The only issue that Ive had is being asked to go in for a follow up on culture results and getting there only to find out that they are not in yet, then being told to call back the next day and when I do they tell me the doctor will call me back when he gets home and he never did. Other than that really great staff and service!!!

I think the person I saw was a PA named Don? I was not impressed at all. I found his comment about people running in when they had what looked like a blood sore in my eye only to find out it was nothing offensive. My concern was because I recently had a cancer tumor removed from my head was it related. I thought the care I received was extremely poor.

Went into urgent care to take my daughter for a Achilles tendon rupture, the staff was wonderful, I have been going to granger clinic for about 10 years but I have never received such an amazing service as we did on this Day. Not only they were helpful but also compationate, we were treated like human beings and not only customers.

The Doctor was fast and efficient the clinic itself was fast as well and knowledgeable receptionist staff the doctor was not wasting time on uneccesary things. He was informative and gave me a reassuring feeling everything was ok and my son would feel much better soon I totally would continue coming here

The wait was short,the nurse was great the Dr. Was very confusing and condescending I felt. I left feeling as though when I said I know my body he heard none of that. I dont even know if I had a fever or why he drew blood,guess I will know when the results come back. The lab staff was wonderful

doctor jackson was great. the ultrasound nurse was very compassionate. even though she had to cause me a lot of pain to do her job she was very concerned about me. I so appreciated her. Doctor Jackson was very clear with options and help me make a great choice

Good. The doctor was great, caring, informative and quick (urgent care). However, he wrote for a scrip my insurance wouldnt cover and its been a hassle to get in touch with someone to help. But the doctors are great. System...mediocore.

Quick and easy. Waited less than 2 minutes to get in... without an appointment! Nurse did the blood test very quickly and I was on my way less than 10 minutes after walking through the front door.
