This place was recommended by a friend. My husband had some dental issues. He went in and they told him they needed to pull a tooth. After all said and done my husband had his back tooth pulled. They advised my husband he would need two implants. 8,000 dollars. We have double coverage. It would have cost us. The staff was nice. Clean place and updated equipment. Now the part that is upsetting. My husband was told that he would feel ten times better after he pulled it. Well that was not the case. The medication wore off and he was in a good amount of pain. He took ibu with no relief. So I called down and the front office said I would have to ask the doctor. Called back a few hours. Few hours people later and said the doctor will not give his patient any medication for his pain. Now my husband doesnt complain at all when he is hurt. He is not a pill popper. He just wanted something to help him for the night. I feel really bad for him. This place is not about making people feel and look better about there teeth. Im not sure if pulling his tooth was a set up to spend 8,000 dollars.

Ive seen a lot of dentists in my lifetime, and Dr. Argyle and his staff are by far the best. They remember you, you are not just a number. I go in there every 6 months for my cleanings, and they always ask about specific things I told them at the last visit, which makes it so much more personal. They also dont perform unnecessary procedures. My kids used to see a pediatric dentist who was always pulling out teeth and putting in appliances, I started to think it was all about the money. I now take them to Dr. Argyle and the most hes ever done is filled a few cavities. I love him and his staff! Also, he has a hygenist there that is top notch. Shes so amazing, she takes the time to teach you how to reach certain places with your toothbrush that most people dont know. And she does a fantastic job. I wish I could remember her name, but my memory is failing me today.

Just an update to add to the last review. Post 5 days after the tooth being removed. I am still in pain. I went to a different dentist. I was told its not a dry socket that when the tooth was pulled it appeared to him there is a lot of trauma from it. My gums are black and blue. This great dentist gave me mouth wash antibiotics and pain medication. He said i dont understand why the dentist that pulled your tooth didnt do the same. Folks this guy told his staff to tell me wait until 5 hours and if I was still in pain to call back at 5. Guess what? I did and they were closed closed. I will say that there are a lot of drug seekers out there. But I have been in the medical field for over 10 years. When your patient tells you he or she is hurting from the surgery you did. You dont tell them wait. You help them out. Make your choice wisely with this guy.

This is probably the best dental place ever. Everyone seems like they are actually invested in your teeth. I even took my son in there to have them check his teeth out and even with him kicking and screaming they were still very kind. Unfortunately my new insurance doesnt cover them and I am heartbroken b/c I love Dr. Argyle. But maybe my insurance will change or I may just say screw my insurance and still go to him... we shall see!

The folks at Argyle Dental are friendly, helpful and professional. They work well with my insurance. Its a clean, comfortable office with monitors mounted in the ceiling so that you can watch the news or a movie while they work on your teeth.

Dr. Argyle is not only competent, hes gentle and caring. Ive had cavities filled and a crown put in by him. He and his staff are great. They always greet me by name when I come in the door!
