After a horrible experience at Avondale Dentistry last month, I was pleasantly surprised to have the office reach out to me and offer a better experience. In short, Santa Claus came to town and Dr. Chan, the dentist, and Anne, the hygienist, did a fabulous job. My teeth were examined and GENTLY cleaned. Anne left my mouth feeling refreshed and renewed, and Dr. Chan was respectful and supportive of my dental work plans, both past and future. My faith in this office is renewed and will go back for my next cleaning.

This experience was incredible! My son was in pain with a bad tooth ache. We were seen within the same day. I was really nervous when I was informed he needed a baby tooth removed and other major treatment done. Dr. Pham and her assistant took real great care of him! The dr was gentle and most importantly my son felt comfortable. Staff was so helpful too. Grateful my son was taken care of by amazing people. Definitely returning soon!

You should probably update your listing... Currently it says "Emergency/Walk-In Patients Seen Today!" - However, I called asking about a tooth extraction and said it was an emergency. I was told "Sorry, I dont have anything available". So clearly walk in emergencies are taken based on your schedule openings and not necessarily "seen today".

I love this office I will let all my family and friends know to come here because they are so friendly and I felt so relax with the receptionists and assistant and I was seen by Dr. Pham and she was so kind and nice and explained everything with clear detail and I left with a great understanding of what I was getting done.
