I have been going to Dr. Hans Smith for years and each time I go it gets better and better. what a great and wonderful staff, they make you feel like family. Dr. Smith is very gentle despite his large hands, you dont notice the size of them at all, its as if they shrink in your mouth. I recommend Dr. "Hands" Smith to all my friends and family. The staff all have caring and sensitive eyeballs, Im sure the rest of their face is just as nice but I wouldnt know on account of the face masks. Dr. Smith and his staff always make sure you are comfortable and give you the remote for the T.V. The gas is great!!! So the long and short of it is go see the large hand but gentle dentist Dr. Smith, you will not regret it. Loyal and grateful

HE IS A GREAT DENTIST. HE ALWAYS REMEMBERS EVERYTHING ABOUT YOU AND IS VERY PERSONABLE. HE FITS YOU IN IF YOU NEED HIM AND CAN NOT WAIT. HE GIVES YOU CHOICES AND THAT HELPS WITH MY BUDGET. TODAY HE DID WHAT I NEEDED AND DID NOT MAKE ME COME BACK A DIFFERENT DAY TO DO THE REST. HIS STAFF IS GREAT AND VERY NICE. THEY ARE ALL ALWAYS READY FOR ME AND ALWAYS CHECK TO SEE IF I AM OK. THEY ALWAYS CALL ME THE NEXT DAY TO SEE IF THINGS ARE OK. HE GOES THE EXTRA MILE TO HELP HIS CUSTOMERS. HE TOLD ME TO CALL HIM AT HOME IF I NEEDED HIM. WHO DOES THAT ANYMORE. THEY ARE SOMEONE I WOULD REFER TO ANYONE. CHECK PRICES BEFORE YOU GO TO SOMEONE AND YOU WILL LIKE HIM TOO.

This dental office has been the best that I have gone to throughout the years. Dr. Smith and his staff are amazing at what they do! I was able to go through orthodontic treatment with this office and had outstanding results! The front office girls are a tremendous help when it comes to understanding treatment plans as well as anything to do with insurance and accounts. They are very friendly, understanding, and create a very comfortable atmosphere for their patients. They are all about patient comfort and doing exceptional work. I would recommend Dr. Smith and his staff to everyone! You will not be disappointed with this office!

Bright Smiles employees and doctor are the best! The staffs are always upbeat and friendly. They greet you with a smile and make you feel like family, as if you known them for a while. I had a procedure done today, which I was dramatic about it all week, just thinking about the work that is going to be done. Well, the staff made my assumptions ridiculous. They made me feel as much comfortable as I could be and the procedure took less than 10 minutes! Thank you Dr. Visser and your WONDERFUL staff for allowing my family to be part of your family!! Dr. Smith stands behind his work. He is diligent to complete his services with high quality work. It is important to Dr. Smith to serve the individual needs and wants of each patient. Valuing each patient, he takes the time to understand what they desire. He offers different options and explains why each choice would be best for the dental situation. He recognizes that his best referrals are from current patients who share their positive experiences and he does his best to make each visit "their best".

The whole staff is friendly and welcoming. Dr. Visser is very professional in all he does. I actually had some concerns about a procedure he recommended and he took the time to explain to my why he made the recommendation he did, as well as its benefits. He also told me that if I still didnt feel comfortable with it, he would tell me the other options. I was put at ease after his explanation. That spoke volumes of his desire to help his patients out to their benefit, not his. I strongly recommend Dr. Visser!

I absolutely love my Dentist Office ! Dr. Visser and the super fun ladies at Bright Smiles have helped me work through 3 crowns, 2 root canals, too many filling replacements and now Invisalign!! (Yes, I have a messed up grill. LOL) Throughout is entire process everyone has been supportive with insurance quotes, payment plans, realistic expectations, and more importantly making a trip to the dentist an experience to look forward to. Went here about a year ago ( waited so they wont bug me) first time I go made appointment for my whole family for a cleaner ( all new customer) they found issues then told us what our insurance will cover and what we had to pay... sweet we paid and got the work done....then we get bill in mail!! Go back and was told the insurance wouldnt cover their company even after we were told from bright smiles dental they are. So basically lied to to get work done and have to pay!!

Im SUPER impressed! Hubby broke a tooth around 8:45 pm tonight. I have used Dr. Smith for years, but hubby hasnt been yet. I got on the website and made a request for an appointment and actually received an email back at 9:09 pm! Absolutely amazing in my point of view!! When I go home from work, I do not want to deal with any work issues. They have always been so kind to work with me in what I needed to be taken care of. I love Dr. Smith and his coworkers!!

I really do like Dr. Hans. I dont like Dr. Hans work i know how to read x-rays and stuff and i dont think that any one should have to have a three hour root canal. I fill like he is always in a hurry, and when i went and had another dentist look at my teeth they told we a lot of stuff that should have been cought. Even though i was just at this office like a month ago, Im having to go to another dentist to fix everything.

Our family loves Dr. Smith, he is a great dentist! We have been patients of his for nearly 10 years. My two oldest children are currently orthodontic patients of his and I just finished my clear correct ortho treatment. Very friendly staff over all! Close to home (less then 5 mins away). I will be going back for sure. Already made appts for my entire family to go. Especially the non toxic candle melts, Sprinkles.
