Says to leave a voicemail about your pet EMERGENCY and someone will call you back promptly. A week later Ive still received no reply to my distraught voicemail for my dying cat. Thanks a lot. Just say on your voicemail that you could care less and not to bother to leave a message

I had a very sick puppy he was just 10 months old and contracted parvo and the doctors there saved my baby boys life and I appreciate that more than anything they are the best, very good customer service, and they do care!!!!!
