Initially they seem okay but with time I had to leave why? Well I was treated like a number patient care is on the low side. I was late for my appointment after getting stuck in traffic, I called them pleading with them but they refuse to cancel the no show fee. Fine its business, I asked if I can make another appointment next day and they said when I come in I must pay the fee, ok. Appointment was made. Then later a call came from the manager asking if I wanted to pay the $35.00, I told her when I come tomorrow I will pay its only $35 well suddenly my next day appointment is no longer available. My only option was to come on weekends to see a nurse practitioner. I am not here to tanish their image I just felt they treated me like a liar who will not pay them $35,Talk about good patient care . They also seem not to have enough doctors, if your doctor is on leave you can only see a nurse practitioner. The only time the other doctors will cover is if you have a cold or flu which does not make sense because the nurse practitioner has to her work approve by the doctor any way so why cant doctors cover for each other. I am happy with my new doctor at another practice where I am treated like a human being.

I would not recommend anyone to go here. The docs are good, but the incompetent staff is the problem. 1) Calling to see how long it will take for results to get back is waste of time. They don’t give you any info nor a rough estimate (a few days? weeks?) of when you’ll hear back from the doctor. 2) Called the next day, waited almost 20mins on hold, she finally answered “Hello?” she didn’t even know I was on hold! 3) I asked them to CALL me with the results, they MAILED my results instead 4) I finally called back since I still had not received the letter in the mail after 5 days. Asked for them to send the results to me via email. She said the can’t do that. She said needed authorization and they can’t do it. I am the patient! I give authorization to send MY results to MY email. Nope. She told me I would have to come in to sign a paper to get MY OWN damn results. 5) They give you the run around, and NO real information. The reception doesn’t know what they are doing and don’t even give you real answers. Geez at least lie and make it sound like you know what you’re doing. 6) I’ve never written a review before today but I felt the need for this place. I will not be coming back here again.

This practice has gone downhill! When I first became a patient of Dr. Friedlers, he and his staff had a wonderful reputation. Within the past two years, things have changed drastically. As a regular patient, you will no longer have the option of scheduling an appointment with Dr. Friedler himself, unless you pay an additional fee to join his priority patient membership. If you dont join, you will be scheduled to meet with a nurse practitioner for the majority of your visits. Additionally, they have begun to implement a $100 no-show fee and have also started charging for the majority of their administration services (example: short notice same-day written prescriptions are no longer provided without an additional charge). The ability to go above and beyond to provide personalized care to their patients is what used to set this practice apart from the others. I no longer feel like a valued patient who they genuinely care about, instead I feel like a number and a paycheck.

I went to this doctor when I was 18 to talk about methods of Birth Control and which ones were the most effective for me to use, I told the doctor that my mom had suffered from Deep Vein Thrombosis and a Pulmonary Embolism (blood clots) and I asked her if it was safe for me to get on the Birth Control Pill and she said that it was totally fine, after being reassured time and time again I decided it was ok to take the BC pill, 6 months later I went to another doctor when I got sick and was out of state and when they asked me questions about my family history and they saw that I was on the BC pill, they immediately took me off the pill, saying it was the most dangerous and irresponsible thing a doctor could have done due to my family history. I will never go back to this place, and I would never recommend it to anyone. They could have caused me serious medical issues and even death.

I read some of the reviews, and they dont appear to be balanced nor objective. I have been seeing Dr. Friedler since 2001. He is an outstanding diagnostician, family physician, and an excellent health care manager coordinating care, medications and services among many different providers to myself and my family. Wait times are reasonable for appointments, and the staff are uniformly courteous and friendly. The office processes requests quickly, and the office management processes have improved consistently and modernized over the last decade. Are there glitches? Sometimes, but not in the quality of care. Dr. Friedler keeps a tight ship and demands high performance from the staff. I highly recommend this practice. One of the best around.

These guys are absolutely horrible. They used an assistant for the most part. The doctor seen me for about 2 minutes tops. They gave me some super weak prescription that wasnt even related to what they diagnosis me with. Then when I have issues again, they want me to come back in with their incompetent staff of losers and clowns without even considering another prescription. On top of that, I am in a worse state than I was in when I arrived at that time. The worst practice Ive been to since my time in Columbus, GA when I dealt with a racist bigot who didnt want to help minority patients. I would advice anyone to NEVER use their service. A piece is crap practice, not worth your hard earn dollars.

Great nursing and administrative staff. Efficient, courteous and kind. Medical staff are far too inexperienced in my opinion. Most likely great with common colds or flu-like symptoms, however, anything on a greater scale go with a fully licensed MD or DO. My experiences with them have been frustrating in getting information about my issue, over-dramatized, conflicting information and too many I dont know answers to typical questions. I finally saw a proper physician and it has made the world of difference. Experience and extensive education is the missing factor.

I love Doctor Veijcek(?). He listens well and isnt obsessed with writing prescriptions. When I had a head injury he was very helpful to suggest diet and lifestyle changes to quicken my recovery. I have never felt rushed during my visits. The staff is quiet but friendly. Its almost impossible to pay for your full visit in person if you are paying out-of-pocket, unless you want to stay an extra hour after your appointment is over, but they do discount the price of your visit if you do not use insurance.

The receptionist told me they only saw patients for 10 minutes, so they wouldnt have time to see me. The waiting room was nearly empty--and nothing on their website said appointments were so brief (the info sheet said they were 30 minutes to an hour). I felt very embarrassed having to state my problems to a secretary so that he could make that decision. I waited until he went back to ask the doctor, and I heard a woman laughing. All I wanted was to be seen about a refill for paxil.
