I followed Dr. Mallek from Culpeper to this location years ago and stayed with the practice until his retirement. I decided to give Dr. Delph and his staff a try once Leo retired. Ive been nothing but pleased. Youll encounter a professional and friendly staff, very proficient at their jobs. Equipment updates are evident everywhere, including digital x-rays (no more waiting for film development). Theyve even granted my music request (Led Zeppelin!) when there were no other patients in the waiting room. ☺ I could probably find a dentist more convenient to my home in Culpeper, or my work in Fairfax, but Im sticking with Dr. Delph.

I was very disappointed when Dr. Mallek told me he was retiring. I liked Dr. Mallek, and I did not look forward to seeing a new dentist. I was nervous when I arrived for my first appointment with Dr. Delph. After that first visit, I was comfortable with the "new" dentist. I find Dr. Delph to be very efficient. He has modern equipment and a great staff. I honestly have no complaints whatever. I think we are fortunate to have such great dental care in Earlysville. I would highly recommend Earlysville Family Dentistry.

Dr. Mallek is great, my family has been going to him for over ten years. My husband was very dentist-phobic before we started going here, and hes taken great care of us and our kids since they were little. Hes very friendly, shares his knowledge freely and does a great job. My only regret is that I moved out of state and wont get to see him and Helen any more.
