Ordering glasses from MyEyeDr has been the WORST experience Ive ever had with ordering new glasses!!! They say 10 working days...well dont expect that at all, Im on day 13. Also you will have to call and call and call to get answers just to get the run around. I spoke to them, they were blaming on my insurance and told me Id have to call them. I called my insurance and they had no idea what they were talking about, so really just playing the finger pointing game. You would think they would keep up with the orders that are late and give the customer a phone call to explain whats going on, BUT they DONT! I will say they are very polite when I spoke to them, But just played the pointing game. I will never order glasses with MyEyeDr....never had this much trouble in 15 years of having glasses!!

My husband and I recently tried to purchase glasses and contact lenses at MyEyeDr in Front Royal and are still struggling to believe what a disaster it was. First, they ordered a different brand of contact lenses than I asked for. Second, the lenses for my glasses were scratched. Third, when they put those lenses in my old frames they adjusted the frames so harshly that they broke. Finally, when my husband picked up his new glasses the frames were not the frames that he had selected. While he was trying to return the frames another man came in with the exact same problem. If you are in the market for new contact lenses or frames save yourself a giant headache and go somewhere else!

I have been here to this location twice. Both times where pretty good. My first time here, a year agonwas for myself and had a great eye dr and sales rep who let me know exactly what my insurance covered. This second time was with my daughter who has ADHD/Anxiety and doesnt care for doctors much. Our doctor this time took her time with my daughter to get her the prescription she needed. Our sales rep was a little shy and quiet but she did help my daughter find the frames she now has and loves! My daughters glasses were not supposed to be in for two weeks but we picked them up a week a head of schedule! Nice and fast! I will be back in a few months for my next exam!
