This is a first-class practice--from the stunning decor to the friendliness of the front office staff and especially to Dr. Buskin. His positive energy is contagious, his compassion evident and his expertise conveyed by his ease of explanation and seriousness if the situation warrants. I was a nervous patient and he heard me out with no judgement. No wonder he has such a great staff. Carrie probably reviews forms with patients dozens of times each day, yet she makes you feel like you are her only concern. The woman who expedited my paperwork and referral at the front desk handled a potentially sticky situation efficiently with complete professionalism. I was initially impressed by the aesthetics of the office, but then completely won over by the approachability and expertise of the people within it. Thank you!

The desk people are wonderful!! However, the day of surgery I just felt very rushed...both of my children had wisdoms out and never had good follow up. Did not recieve instructions on paper or extra gauze or anything on the way out! Nor did they receive follow up phone calls! Kind of surprised by that as the office seems to run so efficiently! My daughter had to go back and have part of a tooth removed that had chipped off...? I sent her to have it checked and the Doctor just numbed her then and removed it, which was nice but very unexpected for her and she painiced a bit. (She doesnt handle medical situations well) Overall, I will recommend and have recommended the office.

My doctor was amazing!!!! I was soooo scared getting my wisdom tooth removed with only local anistec, but Dr. Friend went at my pace and made an incredibly painful and scary experience quick and not as scary. He and the staff put up with me being a big old baby and didnt even make me feel bad about it. I would recommend them to anyone who needed an orthopedic surgeon. The following day after surgery I had a fever spike and called the doc on call and my call was returned in less than 5 min and my concern addressed. Very good experience and I never felt that I couldnt bring up a concern. They called to check up on me too, I mean talk about care! You all are amazing!

Yesterday, my second visit to The Meyer Clinic for dental implant 2-wk.-follow-up appt., I was warmly greeted once again by the friendly and professional receptionists. A few minutes later, Dr. Friends sweet and nice assistant came out and took me to an examining room. Dr. Friend came right in, greeting me with a smile and a handshake. He examined my implants healing progress, which was good, and we discussed the next steps in the process. Dr. Friend is so pleasant and easy to talk to. Due to my great experience at The Meyer Clinic, my husband now plans to schedule a consult for himself.

We love Jay. This is the second child weve taken to Meyer Clinic to have their wisdom teeth removed. We have had absolutely no issues with either child. The procedure is quick and handled with ease. Our children never once expressed any fear of the procedure. Our son was most impressed with Jays choice of music and made certain to tell me that Jay listened to the same music as I did! We have one child who will have their wisdom teeth removed in a few years - again Jay will be called. I always recommend Meyer Clinic for these types of services.

I was referred to Dr. Bukzin because of a long-time issue with one of my teeth. Dr. B assessed my issue, and with patience, waited while I sought other opinions, before making a final decision. So glad I chose Dr. B! Dr. Bs, knowledgeable, friendly, but professional bedside manner put me at ease, and made me feel safe. His service is incomparable! Not only does he easily explain the process every step of the way, he has a gentle touch, which is appreciated and relaxing for dental-phobes like me. Thanks so much Dr. B.!

I am glad mostly everyone else had a positive experience at this office, but unfortunately, I guess I was the one Dr. Buxton made his major mistake on. I have a large scar on my face, due to a cauterization gone wrong during surgery. I woke up from anesthesia with a large burn on my face that the doctor said would go away in a few months. However here I am, eight years later with a large scar on my chin, scheduling a dermatologist appointment to see if we can shrink the scar any way. Review your paperwork people.

I am terrified of dentists, so when I had to go in for a complicated extraction I was more than a little anxious. But Dr. Buzkin and his staff really helped to calm me down and talk me through the process. And everything went super smooth and quickly. Also, they work with your insurance company up front, unlike most dentists these days who want you to pay up front then get reimbursed by your insurer.

Bad business in my eyes. They hunted me down for years to pay money that initially was agreed that I would not be responsible for. Most importantly, 6 years after getting my wisdom teeth removed my jaws are still cracking. When I called to get help I pretty much was turned away. Going to this place was one of the worst decisions Ive made in the past 10 yrs!! Is ZERO stars possible!?!?

Charged up front for services covered by insurance. Knew they were participating with the insurance company. It took them 3-4 months to even file with the insurance company after repeated phone calls from my husband. Disappointed by customer service, although the doctor seemed very knowledgeable. Chose to take our son elsewhere.

Dr. Bukzin is the best!!! He did my implant and the whole experience was wonderful from start to finish including the awesome office staff. I was very nervous but he is so good at what he does the whole procedure was fast and easy with little to no pain, not to mention he has the very latest in technology!!!

Dr. Labella & Dr. Buzkin are top notch not just for myself but for my daughter too. Not only were they kind but they were very gentle when removing all 4 of my daughters wisdom teeth and she is not an easy patient. Very grateful!

I wish I would have gone Dr. ROTHMAN in Alexandria. The gaping hole in my mouth would not have been there. 2 weeks and still having problems because he did not give me stitches after an extraction. Not happy.
