Only reason that star is there is so I could post this, otherwise I would have given them 0 stars. Prices are way higher than that of other dentists. Also did not inform me at the time of my appointments that the payments were not going through my insurance, instead kept having me come in and getting procedures done. Then one day I get a letter from them stating that I owe them above 1k for work done. When I called in and explained that I was not informed that none of my work was getting billed to the insurance, they did not care- they simply told me ways that I could pay them back. Never going back again, would advise the same for others.

Despite my less than stellar exam report card, the staff here is very kind. I have extreme dental phobia but was at ease the majority of my visit. Shout out to Laurelle the hygienist, she was informative and kept my anxiety at bay. Plus you cant beat their hours. Thanks!

Dr. Byrd and his staff are wonderful! Very professional. Modern, clean, inviting reception area and treatment rooms. Latest technology and equipment. Excellent care from an exceptional staff. My whole experience was pleasant. Highly recommended!
