Honestly, I love doctor Duggan. She is a sweet lady who acts like she truly cares about her patients. As for the staff, I would not say the same. When I call the office the receptionist is always rude. Always. I cant stress that enough. I have been waiting on test results over a week now. I called two days ago (at one week) and still havent had a call back. After 9am the phones were still set to a "closed" recording (office opens at 8:30). The staff does not care about you. When I called last time the receptionist transferred me straight to a voice mail, I had no indication she was transferring me. Once I receive my test results I will be searching for a new doctor.

The doctors and P.A. at this location are fine. Their medical and office staff are generally unhelpful, unfriendly, and unresponsive.
