I took my daughter for a well baby check up. The office was dirty, the baby scale behind the door, the furniture falling apart. I was regretting it as soon as I went in. I went back to my old pediatrican and they couldnt get his office to send over the records from our visit. To add insult to injury, they tried to bill me for our visit after our insurance paid. After the second letter, a year later, attempting to extort money with interest, I wrote back with confirmation of payment, insurance documents and a threat to report them for fraud. Luckily that did the trick. This was my worst experience with a doctor and his office I have ever had.

Waited 1 hour 25 minutes, walked out. I can go to a public emergency room anywhere and get the same lousy service. Had previously done bloodwork after waiting for a month to get an appointment- he never called with results. I got sick and decided to get treatment there, big mistake. Maybe hes good when he feels like it, maybe he used to be good when he gave a crap, dont know....but the office as a whole is not run well. Maybe insurance doesnt pay him enough to care? its a problem I guess, but man do something else then, right? Im sick and i have to go find a doctor now....

Overall, I thought the Doctor was very thorough. He seemed to care about getting to the root cause of the symptoms, so at the end of the day, this is what is most important. However, it took 3 appointments in a 1 week span, and an OTC regimen of maxing out daily Tylenol intake to make progress, and during this time period I suffered (unnecessarily). I would consider giving the business 4 Stars, but the front desk staff lacks professional etiquette.

Best family practitioner I have come across. I bounced around from doctor to doctor for years since I didnt like how most offices bounce you around between the oncall doctor. At this office the doctor actually gets to you medically and personally. Ive been going to doctor Leonidov for years since I like his demeanor, friendly office staff, and ease of scheduling appointments. HJ Schneider

Very kind man, his office was good. Lots of magazines to read during waiting time. Atmosphere is comfy. Waiting time was very short, and when I was sent up, he greeted me kindly. He answered all my questions thoroughly and my checkup was fast. I returned home happy about my decision about going to this doctor. Go to him! I *strongly* recommend him.

I just tried to make an appointment. The receptionist spoke VERY fast and could not understand one word she said. When I asked her to slow down she was very condescending. The front desk staff needs to be addressed. Horrible phone experience.

I agree with previous reviews - receptionist who answers the phone is TERRIBLE! Doctor lacks bedside manor. Will be finding somewhere else to go...

just went in, very nice guy and to the point. answered questions and listened to my stuff. all good.
