I have had nothing but great experiences with Dr. Muldoon. He is certainly an excellent doctor, but it is worth noting that the wait is horrendous. An hour is not uncommon, and two hours has happened several times. It feels a bit like third world medicine at the front end of the house. The staff at the reception area is barely polite, and not trained to give people approximate wait times or even mention that there is a wait. If you ask about what the wait might be you are spoken to in a curt, why-are-you asking manner. This policy needs to be corrected from the top down. Peoples time is as valuable as the doctors! In addition refill requests are not attended to in a reasonable amount of time. I had to return to CVS four times for one prescription and went without the needed medication while we waited and waited and waited for the refill to be approved. I would consider this issue important enough to impact the quality of care.

Mr. Muldoon has been our family doctor for over 10 years. Without question he is the most in-tune doctor I have ever met. He never over-diagnoses or floods a patient with medication they dont need. He is willing to take the extra time to listen to what your issues are, he provides a game plan for the future and follows up on your health even on his days off. If your looking for a doctor that is truly in the business to make a healthy difference in your life, this is the guy.
