This was the worst medical "facility" I have ever seen. The floors were dirty in every room, and the exam table was taped up with packing tape. I only chose this place because it was in my PPO, but I was shocked at how awful it was. I kept my coat on the entire time and tried not to touch anything. The receptionist forgot to tell me not to eat before my blood work, so I could not have it done, which turned out to be a blessing in disguise, considering I would not even eat food that came out of this place, yet alone allow them to stick a needle in my arm. ALSO, the doctor refused to refill my birth control (which I need for medical reasons- endometriosis - so that tumors do not grow on my ovaries). She is Catholic, and said that it is against her religion. Great, but why not tell me that before I took off work and had to pay for an appointment?? Now I have to make another appointment and take more time off. I will NEVER go there again. I cannot believe this place hasnt been shut down. It is disgusting.

Dr. Chu is great, she will work with you to make sure all your questions are addressed. I am not sure what the other reviewer was talking about (especially in regard to BC) because she is a general practioner and does not do OB/GYN services. She will see you on short notice and is wonderful about making sure you get healthy. She DROVE ME to a speciallist when she thought I needed to go to an optamoligist for my eye. Overall I have been seeing Dr. Chu for six years, I have referred her to all of my friends.

Great Dr. When In without an appointment I had a really bad back pain. She took care of me. It was soo comfortable talk to her. Shes great !!!
