I chose this practice because I wanted a male doctor. I was told I couldnt see him because he was too busy and was passed off to the female PA. She was totally inept and gave me the wrong medication which caused other health problems and cost me a lot of money. If you value your health, dont let her treat you. Six months later, my insurance changed and the staff called me. When I told them I wouldnt be going back, the PA called me and tried to argue with me. I asked why it took her six months to call me. She said she has other patients and doesnt have time to call people. She was horribly rude and accused me of yelling at her (no way!). I really hope she doesnt hurt anyone because she is dangerous!! Otherwise, the other staff I dealt with were very friendly and made me feel welcome.

I chose this practice because it was close to my home. I was having some coughing problem and I was told I couldnt see the doctor because he was too busy and wind up seeing the PA. She gave gave me the wrong medication which did not do anything to my problem. I had to see an allergist who did the right diagnosis and corrected my coughing issues. Nevertheless, I was called to see them 3 times and they even didnt claim it properly to my insurance blaming to provide wrong insurance information which was false as well.

I have been a patient of Dr. Janssens for almost 10 years. It is difficult to get an appointment with Dr. Janssen most of the time, but the nurse practitioners and PAs there are wonderful, I dont ever mind getting an appointment with them instead. The office staff is very friendly and helpful if you call. They now have a LabCorp representative in house, so you can even get your blood drawn while you are there. Very convenient! I do wish they had longer office hours, I always have to take time off work to go.

Patient experience erosion over last 2-3 years. Very rarely see Dr. Janssen anymore. Staff are competent but often times short with patients. Blood work outsourced and medical bills come to you without sufficient explaintion regarding process especially when covered by health insurance. Moving on to another provider at this point. Suggest others do the same.

The staff is inept. Staff promises you that the doctor will call you back and they pull the plug on you at the last moment by telling you "They wont be back in till next week"! The doctors are worse to locate than Michelle Obama herself. Time to look for a medical facility that will treat you with CARE...!

Easy to get an appointment. The staff is courteous and explain things clearly. They coordinate well with my specialists, keeping an eye on the Big Picture. I would recommend this medical practice to anyone needing a family doctor.

Difficult to get an appointment and communication. Within the past year this office has become really busy. I had a concern and never received a call back from one of the doctors. The staff is inefficient, or just too busy.

I liked this Doctor although I would advise you to document who you talk to if you have to cancel an appointment. They will charge you a cancellation fee if they dont have record of you cancelling.

Dr. Janssen shows great compassion, and has a great touch when delivering shots to my young daughter. He seems to always have time to see us, and really cares.
