Completely incompetent. My wife has borderline pneumonia, ran out of meds, called at 9:20a told she would get a call back, Heard NOTHING. Called again at 1:25p another message given promised a call back. 5:20p called again and was told NO MEDICINES WOULD BE CALLED IN SHE WOULD HAVE TO MAKE AN APPT. THE PA WAS OUT ALL DAY AND WOULD BE IN TOMORROW. GROSSLY INCOMPETENT! They could have advised this at 9:20a if they had JUST DONE THEIR JOBS. Now she risks getting sicker and having to go to the hospital. Too bad Dr. Villarreal doesnt tend to her patients herself and lets her office staff run her practice. Youve been warned. Go to Cardinal Healthcare on Garrisonville, MUCH better care!

Terrible office you can never get an appointment with the actual dr and she also NEVER calls back. All they care about is money and they staff is unpleasant at best. When you ask for a call from the dr they tell you "sorry Dr. V doesnt call patients or gets on the phone" What??? What kind of dr doesnt call patients they act as of she is a celebrity or something and shes far from, and when you do get an appointment with her she rushes you and you always feel like she has something better to do. Stay Away there are a ton of better doctors and offices around that will treat you better.

Doc Vee is a wonderful person and a truly competent physician who seeks to treat the whole person and not just a particular issue or illness. Theres an understanding here that each facet of life contributes to wellness and this doctor is a proponent of that kind of medicine. She is my wifes physician. Recommend her and her staff highly.
