They killed my healthy 7.5 yr old lab mix. Short version - checked her in Sat AM (8/12/17) with fast breathing and panting. in 2 hrs they called back ("dr" louis) said good news, pneumonia. They would be putting her on IV antibiotics. I got a call at 2 AM from "dr" church. My dog had a fever of 107. She lied and said they had administered one IV anitbiotic. She told me they would put her on 2 more immediately. I drove in - 3 hrs for me. Got there at 5 AM. Just administering the IV after I got there. No blood dissolved O2 checks. Checked temp every 4 hours. No more. Her fever was 105 throughout the entire afternoon on Sat. My dog died in my arms at 6 PM on Sunday. "dr" church could really care less about your pet. "dr louis laughed when I expressed concerns about leaving my dog there because she wouldnt be cared for. This place is a facade. By the way, I had already paid $3200, and just as I was collecting my dead dogs body, they tried to get more money. $9700 was the number I saw on the paper. I told them they wouldnt be getting another dime from me. I really would like other people to know to stay away. Im a real person. I still cant believe how absolutely horrible this place is.

WOW! Just cant say enough positive about the staff!! So very caring and friendly! Dr. Reese when we checked in to ER, explained the process and answered all of my questions. The Techs in the back who made Peaches comfortable I knew she was in Great Care when I left her that night. And Dr. Miller very professional and compassionate. She had to give me the worst news possible and yet I knew in her heart there was nothing she could do...cancer had finally won. I sincerely thank each and everyone.

We had been there previously with a very ill dog under the care of Dr. Miller. She helped us to keep him comfortable for the rest of his life. I am very pleased with the care, compassion and ability to get my dog in quickly for care. With the dog that is under her care now we have been able to make progress to understand what is going on with him and get a diagnosis to treat him. Everyone at the facility has been great!
