Four the past several years I have left my four (now three) large dogs at Club Pet for two months at a time three times a year due to my work. I chose this facility after visiting almost a dozen others in the Fairfax County area; I was very pleased with the combination of services and price, and have had no reason to be disappointed since that initial choice. The dogs are always excited to go there, the staff remembers them and greets them by name, and when I get them back they are happy and healthy. When one of my dogs got a dental abcess, they noticed immediately and called my emergency contact for instructions. When I worried that one dog was too thin, they monitored her meals and she gained the needed amount of weight while she was there. They monitor one dogs nervous habit of licking and biting himself, and report when I pick him up if his coat isnt perfect again yet. If a dog needs medication, they remember to provide it correctly. when I get my dogs back I am always satisfied with their condition. I would not think of using a different facility

I am new to the area and had heard of this place. My Blk Lab has only been in a Kennel 1 other time. She is a beautiful looking dog. I asked when we dropped her off over the Xmas holiday if I could have a tour of the place. They were very accommodating but when they took her leash off the 1st thing they did was use a choke collar. My radar went up at that point. We returned early from our Holiday because I kept feeling something was not right with this place. Sure enough, we picked up our dog early and she had a large gash on her nose that had been bleeding, the skin around her mouth was completely raw and very red. She had large red scratches in her ears. Wait that is not all of it, she had diarrhea and large amounts of Blood. She was not the same dog that was dropped off just before Xmas. I showed and reviewed the situations with employees and they said nothing happened to her. RIGHT !!!! But I was still charged full price without any answers. DONOT USE THEM!!!!!..... I have pictures if anyone wants to see the condition. NO STARS FOR THIS PLACE!

After receiving recommendations to use the international pet shipping service at Club Pet, we were sorely disappointed. Not only did they not help us, we couldnt even get them to call us back! Granted, we are traveling to a somewhat obscure destination, but we thought this was all the more reason to use "reputable professionals." My husband and I called and spoke to a representative three times. Each time they took some of our information and said they would gather information and get back to us. Without a response 3-5 days later, we would call back and receive the same speech. We soon gave up, not only because they clearly had no idea how to help us, but it was obvious they had no desire to help us. We were not about to trust a service provider that was unable to extend a common courtesy. Its unfortunate because this is an important type of service for people who are trying to accommodate their furry companions.

My pets love Club Pet and so do I. I have been bringing my dogs there for many years. When I pack up ther "luggage" and tell them they are going to camp they get so excited. As soon as we get close to Club Pet they start going nuts:) When we get in the door I cant even give them a goodbye pet. All they want to do is get to the back where I guess all the action and fun is. They always come home tired but contented. Sometimes I just drop them at Club Pet for the day as a special treat. Both my dogs are 100lbs +. That is why I chose Club Pet in the first place because the kennel runs were so large and my dogs could board together. Also the staff is great. Im always greeted with a smile. I highly reccommend Club Pet

They abused my dog. We were gone for only 5 days, and he came back with bruises, sores, and bloody areas all over him. Hes limping, and severely dehydrated. Hes skinnier than ever. Hes been laying down inside in the air conditioning for an hour, and his heart is still racing. Further more, Club Pet claims that he acted 100% fine every day and that they took him for daily walks (The dog has a hard time even standing). has diarrhea. They also claim he had no diarrhea while he was with them, but he has stains in his fur under his tail even after they gave him a bath! This dog would be dead if we left him there for another couple of days.

I have used many kennels in the Northern Virginia area. When I first went to Club Pet I thought they were to busy to take care of me and my dogs the way that I expected, they had a line of about 20 people and their pets waiting to check in. I was wrong. The staff was very pleasant and the dogs came home in great condition, in fact they wanted to go back in the door as we were leaving. Now that we have used their service many times, my guys know when we are getting close to the kennel, and start getting excited until they get through the door

We picked up our dog that had been so badly abused that we needed to rush him to our vet afterward and they needed to put him on oxygen. Club Pet of course denied any wrong doing and offered to take a day off our bill! Our dog ended up needed to be at the vets for 3 days and never fully recovered. Two weeks after we picked him up there was a report on the news about the worst pet care in the metro area with hidden cams and these jerks were at the top of the list. If you love your pet, take them anywhere but here (I cant even write the name)

I have two large dogs, one of them a older dog that we have boarded at Club Pet over the years and have had them stay over a week a number of times. The staff has been very friendly and provided great customer service for us. The dogs always seem to enjoy their time there which gives us level of comfort while away. I would recommend Club Pet from my experiences with them. A bonus is the dogs come home and sleep for quite awhile. Probably from spending the day barking at other dogs and running in and out of the indoor/outdoor runs

I have been boarding my dogs with club pet since 2004. I have used an trainer who helped me understand and handle my Rottweiler. They also came to the airport to pick him up when he was not allowed to board an Air France flight. They were able to ship him to me a week later and took care of all the new paperwork. My dogs love the environment and ability to see other dogs. They also love the bath. Staff is very professional, accommodating, and friendly. I highly recommend Club Pet for boarding and shipping.

I have nothing but RAVE reviews for Club Pet! My dog absolutely adores this place. Granted he only gets to visit every so often but once were in the car and turning into the place where this establishment is located, he goes absolutely nuts. Club Pet offers a comfortable and caring atmosphere with features of a home environment and provides exceptional service and care for my dog. Another thing that I love at Club Pet is the fact that their staffs have experience and are friendly and really understanding!
