Our dog had been a patient when we lived here in 09-10 so when we moved back, we started with them again. After waiting in the waiting room about 20 mins, I explained to the tech that I have a large family and cannot afford any extras, shots only. She proceeded to take a history of our dog, which took about 15 mins more. She took the dog out to be weighed, which took even longer. She left the office while we waited, all the time, the dog and my 3 year old growing increasingly more agitated. After what seemed forever, two vets and two techs appeared in a very small room, making anxiety levels soar. I, again, explained I didnt have money for extras, shots only. Clearly it went in one ear and out the other. They were discussing blood panels and dental work, stomach medications, etc. We had now been in the office far too long. The dog, who is extremely gently, had turned my arms red from scratching/pawing them. My three year old was whining about how long it was taking as I was receiving scathing looks from the vet techs and silent veterinarian that I wasnt accepting their treatment recommendations. After nearly two hours, I was broken down. I accepted their $465 bill for the exam and treatments,which DID NOT include shots, paid my bill and left. I couldnt have felt more bamboozled! I will NEVER return to their clinic nor will I recommend them to ANYONE.

I have purchased a dog from Laurel Walker, who works at this facility. The dog turned out to not be well with children so she offered to swap the dogs with another one and promised Leon the other dog would be treated here at her work. The dog we were promised had a tooth that neeeded to be removed (which ofcourse she said would be done at her work ) was never made available for pickup or delivery. I have called to office several times to speak to Laurel and get our money back as our poor children were told they would be getting Leons sister but that was a lie. We are out over $2000.00 and every time I call the vet they say she is not available and they will leave a message. I made the receptionist aware of what was going on but still unable to reach Laurel but they havent assisted in any way instead are harboring this criminal that has committed fraud. My next move is to the police. I dont recommend any company that willingly hides someone that has created a scam, especially in a case where she used the company as a security blanket to make people believe she was being honest.

Walking in, the ladies behind the desk were super sweet. They could tell I was visibly upset and got us in a room quickly. Another vet clinic referred us here for an ultra sound. Maria was our angel for the night as she very comforting to our furbaby and to our family. Dr.Johnson was also very knowledgeable and compassionate. And most of all patient with the given choice we had to make. Because of unforseen circumstances we had to put our beloved furbaby down. Maria And (Chloe) who kept checking in as well ,waited with me til my husband and daughters could come say one last good bye. These ladies were absolutely both so comforting!! There are simply no words to describe our experience here. Chloe brought alot oftreats for our furbaby and Maria took some last pics. And they sat and just listened to us. They really made us feel comforted and that they would stay with him til the end as we just could not. These ladies will never be forgotten. And we cannot wait to receive our beloved furbabys remains and his paw print.

Normally Id go to my regular vet in Centerville, but Ive actually had my last three cats euthanized here (old age). This is a good place in that theyre open on weekends and near me in South Riding, but the last time I went - they ended up charging me for a lot of unnecessary services (examination, IV, tried to charge me for a cremation even though I told them no). Ive never had to pay $400 to have a pet euthanized before. Even the emergency time I came before, paying the emergency labor rates - was only $260. Im going to give them another try with a new cat I just adopted, but may go back to my old vet if they continue to push expensive and unnecessary services.

needed a vet for my dog, Jigs, and didnt have a clue where to go. I called Aldie vet and they were so nice and squeezed me in right away. My dog can be kind of temperamental but he really took to Dr. Luce. The problem was diagnosed right away; he prescribed medication and I could tell that Jigs felt better almost immediately. Im so relieved to have found someone in our new area who will take such great care of him!

I had to take my dog for an emergency visit. They accommodated us so well! Emergency visits are always pricey, but they made it worth it with their caring. Everything was well explained and they put him on the proper treatment for his condition. The staff was fantastic! I will definitely consider going back!
