If zero were possible right now might use it. Since Dr. Taddeo seemed wonderful and I had previously had no issue there with her in any form - one fair. However she is on maternity leave and you should avoid at all cost before she returns....certainly Dr. Velling - who no wonder left his practice in Ashburn July 2013 - the worst. Tried to get regular maintenance meds for 2 cats (7 + years on them - not new) as the promised large bottle never seemed to happen....and was told they needed blood work to fill (no issue there). Tried to explain they wouldnt be in until I had results of bloodwork on dog in CHF who already had an appointment there in 7 days (recheck new meds) and if that didnt require another $700 trip to cardiologist I would schedule on same phone call for their bloodwork. Then he tries to tell me he thinks I need more expensive bloodwork on one of them (Dr T didnt require/suggest this) and when I tried to explain I had priority of sickest animal and being certain I had funds to get thru this crisis he says he didnt ask or care about my finances and hung up on me. I had to call back to see if they were even getting a refill.....yes - OK good - so I go in and it is less pills for 3X more than I regularly pay. No accident obviously......I am still in shock that these are people who work with animals...NOT MINE ANYMORE! Interestingly the reviews of his previous practice blast them for expensive tests suggested at every turn - I could have used this next one myself to describe my call - " do not find this office trustworthy. I feel like they were trying to take advantage of my wallet, persuade me for shots that my dog doesnt need and the attitude the vet had when I asked a simple question".....guess that is what is now in the future at SAH - sad very sad Dr. T seemed so much better than this!

My English Bulldog, Buddha Boy, on December 4, 2013, was going into respiratory arrest. We were heading to Dr. Taddeos office for a preop visit. He was going to have a bladder stone stone removed surgically in the next couple weeks. Buddha Boy was being treated for respiratory problems with medication and doing OK. But this came as quite a shock. Dr. Taddeo had to emergently intubate Buddha with a breathing tube almost smaller than a straw. His oxygen saturation was only 60%! He needed to be a 100%. She did get him back to 100% intubated! Dr. Taddeo called Prince William Emergency Veterinary Clinic for overnight care. They would take him. Her husband drove with their daughter so Dr. Taddeo could take care of Buddha Boy in the back of the SUV. I followed in my car. Buddha Boy has made it through several surgeries and is doing GREAT!!!! He is doing great today because of Dr. Taddeos above and beyond fantastic skills, excellent care, and compassion as a veterinarian. No one could have done better or more than she as far as I am concerned. She should get Veterinarian of the Year for 2013. She is outstanding. I am so thankful and blessed to have her as Buddha Boys veterinarian. She is the best.

Dr. Taddeo is a caring and loving vet. She is friendly and truly passionate about caring for your family pets! She knows that your pet is apart of your family, and that a pet is a friend that deserves the best vet care! She listens to all my questions. She is very informative, and answers all my concerns. She has been my adult toy poodles vet for a year now and every vet visit my poodle loved being there! She takes time to care for your pet, and wants only the best care for your pet at a reasonable price! She takes preventative care seriously and wants to make sure your pet stays healthy! The office is clean and the staff members are welcoming and helpful when you first walk in. My adult toy poodle had a litter of five puppies and I brought my puppies in for checkups, shots, and deworming. She handle all the puppies very well, and took the time to check each puppy. I have recommended Dr.Taddeo to friends, because I know that they would love to have such wonderful care for their pet! If you want the best vet care, then go to Sully Animal Hospital!

We love Sully Animal Hospital! The doctors and staff are so friendly and kind. This is our first puppy, and everyone is so genuinely patient with all of our questions and concerns. They have been so helpful in getting our puppy started off right, and their puppy package is amazing, too. I had no idea how many visits would be required to get her fully immunized, and the puppy package has saved us a lot of money. My kids love going with our puppy to her doctor visits, which is teaching them so much about being responsible pet owners. Everyone has been very patient with my young kids, too! Finally, I really like the late hours on Tuesday/Thursday and the Saturday hours because it allows me to fit in visits around my busy work schedule. We are in good hands with the team at SAH!! Thank you SAH!

Ive been going to Dr. Taddeo and crew for about 6 months now and I can honestly say that they have been great to our two dogs. They are very knowledgeable, very friendly, and do everything they can to take care of our pets. One of my dogs had an ongoing bowel problem, and Dr. Taddeo offered some great advice. My dog was finally able to get over it with the help of some drugs, and a change in his diet. Big relief for us because we had already spent a ton of money going in circles with another vet. In addition, Ive never had a problem getting a quick appointment, nor have I had to wait more than 5-10 minutes to see the doctor. The facilities are always clean. And the front desk staff is always accommodating. Id recommend these guys over many others in the Centreville/Chantilly area.

Nobody enjoys having to take their pet to the vet, but I recommend Sully Animal Hospital when you do. I only have two cats, but I still consider myself a "crazy cat lady." Dr. Taddeo and the rest of the staff are very kind, and good at what they do. When I struggled with whether to put down my sick 20-year-old cat or keep him alive, Dr. Taddeos husband helped me decide by describing the same ordeal he went through with his cat, Maui. When I carried my little buddy in for the last time, the staff could not have been more compassionate or handled it any better. Another vet was there filling in for Dr. Taddeo (wish I remembered her name), and she was great too. I even get follow-up calls after treatment asking how my cats are doing.

I recently moved to this area and I needed a vet for a cat. However, I consider my cat to be family and that makes me incredibly picky about who I have taking care of him. My boyfriend had been taking his cat to Sully Animal Hospital for around a year and highly recommended them. I accompanied him to his cats check up and I immediately knew this was the right place for both our boys. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. They were very kind to our cat and were incredibly patient, even when he decided he would rather not be at the vet at that moment. I scheduled an appointment for my cat that day and I know he will always be in good hands when he is there. I highly recommend this vet to anyone who is looking.
